I bought two of these for use on my 45' houseboat and couldn't be more pleased... Super Quiet and I can hardly believe how much air these fans moves. On low speed they move way more air than the 20" box fans they replaced and are quieter on hi speed than the box fans on low... VERY Happy!

This fan does a good job of circulating the air and is relatively quiet. HOWEVER, it is extremely hard to clean, requiring a screwdriver and a good deal of patience getting into nooks and crannies that are not meant to be reached easily for cleaning.
Worst of all, it is made of the cheapest imaginable plastic. The one I purchased literally fell apart from very minor bumps. Not at all acceptable.

Moves a good amount of air in a bedroom sized room. Use mine for a breeze to sleep at night. Pretty quiet unit for as much as it moves around. 1st Honeywell fan lasted 5 years using it basically every night for 6-8 hours.

I bought this fan to replace my old turbo fan. this fan doesn't blow as hard as my old fan but it does a real good job of moving the air. I bought it to use at night to help me sleep. It is a little loud on high but I have been using low and it works just great. quiet too (on low) good fan for the price get one and find out for yourself.

Overall the fan is good but not great. It's not as super quiet as it was advertised to be but still quiet enough that it is not a deal breaker. It definitely moves the air. My biggest problem with this fan is the placement of the spead control nob. It's in the rear unde a hood and not easy to get to. If there was no hood it'd be 100% better. It's a pain to get your fingers in the right place. I will solve the problem by taking my tin snips and cutting the plastic hood away. You might want to do the same if you buy this.

This is an ideal fan for air circulation. The design actually directs the air forward instead like most fans that only throw it out in a broad pattern.
I use it to move cool, floor air into a room through a door and the hot air escapes via the top of the door.

I bought this fan after reading other reviews and liked the size and look. We used it about a week and the on off switch was loose and then it wouldn't go on at all. Instead of the hassle of taking it back and trying to get another one I took it apart and dicovered a wire had come off the loose switch. I fixed the wire and secured the switch so it wasn't loose and the wire wouldn't come out again. It works fine now but for the money, that fan shouldn't have came that way.

We bought this fan to replace one that died (it was less than a year old) and the one that died was purchased to replace yet another one that died. My latest purchase lasted less than 6 months and it's dead as well. We turn it on and we can hear the motor running, but the blades won't turn. The same exact thing that happened to our other two. We even took it apart and tried cleaning it, thinking maybe something got stuck in there, but nope, it won't budge. Will not buy Honeywell fans again.

Truly Amazing Circulation Fan

I thought I would give this fan a try after discovering the 20" floor box fan I was using to circulate the air 24/7 for a 675 sq. ft. space was drawing 65 watts on its low speed setting after purchasing a Kill-A-Watt electricity usage meter. Not only does this much smaller Honeywell fan seem to blow about twice the air on its low setting it uses less than half the power (about 31.5 watts) to do it. Its also very quiet. This is an excellent product for anyone who wants to circulate air as efficiently and quietly as possible.
