The FINIS Long Floating Fins (1.05.037.04) are highly recommended for training. These long-bladed fins allow you to swim at swifter speeds and help increase your overall leg strength. The closed heel design provides extra support and comfort for the foot, while also allowing you to easily slip the fin on and off. The fins float in both fresh and salt water, and each fin is color-coded by size.

I purchased these so I could do some condition-swimming during the summer when I take my kids to the pool. They work great and I can get a good workout from them.
Before I placed my order, I checked the manufacturers website to make sure I was ordering the correct size (the boot part is not adjustable- which makes them more comfortable and they stay on better). So, if you're thinking about getting these, check to verify that you'll be ordering the correct size to save you the hassle of having to return them.
