Good quality for the price. Not easy to navigate from channel to channel. Was going to use it in the kitchen, but decided to place it in the guest bedroom and let the guests deal with the navigation. Purchased a Samsung for the kitchen and we are very pleased with its performance. As an added note, it does tip forward, but I just loosened the screws in the back and that helped.

I needed a small tv for my office, looked at a number of retailers, as I like to be able to go see the product in action. Actually went to Wal-mart to look at a different one by Poloriad, which was a joke, but saw this one on sale, checked out the sound in the store, liked the picture, so I bought it.
I am rating this tv based on only having it hooked up for a few days. But so far I like everything about it.
One thing I found that I could do is to make the programs I receive (I only have basic cable) come in full screen. That was nice.
Speakers sound fine to me.

I visited WalMart to purchase the Emerson 19" for $178.00, but it "was not" available.I noticed this television and since it was the same price,I purchased it. It is the perfect size for the bedroom,great picture and great sound. I'm very happy with the television.

I was very happy with this TV. We bought it for my Step-daughters room, she does not watch a lot of TV so we didn't need anything major. The picture on the TV is way better than I had expected. The sound quality is a little low but if you don't have anything else going like a fan or something else that produces noise it is ok. Overall though for my needs It was a great buy.

The Sansui model I purchased had a very washed out picture that I could not correct with the video controls. I wound up taking the unit back to Walmart and getting my $$ back. I then purchased a Sanyo 19" that has a great picture and at a similar price.

I just got this TV for our kitchen and we love everything about it other than it takes little long to show the picture as compared to my 42" Toshiba. Literally you have to wait more than a minute to watch the TV. I have Verizon FIOS, the HD quality pictures are awesome but it annoys me every time I turn it on. I have FIOS box connected to the TV with HDMI cable. Well! Other than that I do not have any other complaint. I am thinking to buy 22” Sanyo instead. We did not decide yet but This TV works fine and has great picture quality and sound. Good for Kids room/Kitchen etc.

Bought this set for our kitchen (old set was 10 years old and hard to see [13"] from the dining area). This set has good color and a bright picture when viewed no greater than 45 degrees either side of center. Picture begins to fade at greater angles of view. Sound is somewhat "tinny" and the volume dosen't have much top end. Overall, at $190 (plus tax & shipping) the set more than meets my expectations.

I was a little skeptical to buy this TV since it was a great price,but went ahead and bought it anyway and my does it exceed my expectations! I bought it for my bedroom and its just great! It hardly takes up any space,the quality,sound,and picture is great. I have it on volume 18 and its loud enough, I think it goes up to 50. Its great,looks great and a great buy. I would recommend this to anyone.

Don't be afraid of this television. I picked mine up yesterday from the site to store area and immediately put it to use. No problems at all with the picture or sound quality. Works on analog and digital signal. Compares very well with our bigger set in the living room. Have this one in our travel trailer.
