My wife gave both of my sons and me a haircut the night we got these. Saved us $45 for a $22 purchase! The clippers have a 5 year warranty, easy to follow instructions, and can be serviced and maintained. The only drawback is that the case they provide is completely empty and devoid of organization - you just dump everything in and let it rattle around. If you store the clippers separate from the guards (outside the case), this isn't a problem. Great money saver for the cost conscious family!

I bought this for my Fiance last night as his wedding gift and today we used it for the first time. I liked the ease of switching clips, the ear trimmer was fantastic, and blending went really well, except of course where he has a head wrinkle. In general I would say this was a great trimmer and he looks fantastic. Everything was easy to use, easy to work, and this is the first time I had ever used one of these. Great for beginners and experts alike. I would recommend soaking your clips in some alcohol to keep them sanitary though.

Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with our Wahl Color Pro hair clipper.
Let me assure you that Wahl does not send out any "used" hair clippers. A likely source of the hair-like fibers are shavings from the blade guard that is attached to the clipper blades for protection. During shipment, the blade can rub against the blade guard creating shavings that may be mistaken for hair.
In addition, during our normal quality assurance checks, we do a cutting test using rope material. Every effort is made to remove all fibers but some may remain. However, these are not harmful or are not used hair.

This is a great buy for your buck I grab it for my son and my husband to save money it works great on the clippers there is a color coded guard sticker and that helps us a lot so if you follow direction on how to keep the clippers clean they will last you for a long time buy them and give it a try!

This is the second Wahl Hair Clipper set we have purchased. The first one lasted about 4+ years before getting a bit finicky. It still works, but not well.
This set is great, it has everything you need (except for a cape) and the instructions are really helpful. We have saved a lot of money over the years with me cutting my husband's hair. I highly recommend this product!

I have bought at-least 10 clipper kits over the years and this is by far the best. Just like the barber's in quality and the color coded is a nice touch. So mad my dog ate the number 1 attachment cause I use that so often. Also really cool is the shorter attachment below number 1, i never seen that before in a kit.

I love the wahl products so, I decided to buy a new haircut kit considering I had my old one for about 16 years. Still cutting hair but, was getting a little outdated. Bought this one because of the good reviews and when it arrived, I tried it out on my husbands head. It was very simple with the color and length printed on the handle so, you get the right length that you want. The handle was an easy grip handle which was very handy and the cord was plenty long. I also liked the hard case that the clippers came in, very easy to store everything in. Would buy again, love it so far.

Easy to use and understandable instructions, although one page will tell you to use a certain comb guide and cut a certain way then another page will tell you differently. Just use common sense. Still a great product.

I ordered this haircut kit so that I could cut my husband's hair at home to save time and money, and it was perhaps the best idea I've had in a while. It's a great clipper, with all the attachments you'll ever need at home, and it was super easy to use. Plus it was the same price we pay for just one haircut at the barber's and now I can use it as often as he needs. If you don't know the number cut that your man usually gets it may take a couple tries to get the right length--but I already did, and it came out great! My husband's exact words were "On your first try you did a better job than most of my barbers!" Definitely a product worth buying.
