I bought two last year @20 each to fish with my 10 years old son, we had a blast every time we fish. This rod is light, sensitive and strong. Some scumbag broke into my shed and stole them. I ordered another pair from Walmart to replace them even though I have to pay $30 a pop now . My son loves it so much and so do I. BUY IT.

I bought one rod last year to fish for trout. I liked it so much I bought a second one this year. I have a Dawia Jupiter 1000 reel on one and Shimano Sahara 1500 reel on the other. The rods feel well balance with both combo setups and perform excellent. The rods bends in half with a 2-3lb fish on it. Makes catching fish more fun, especially with light line.

I bought this rod on sale for $20, its a great ultralight (5') rod, with a very whippy tip. I paired this with a Mitchell Avocet Ultralight Reel spooled with 4 lb Trilene XL line line. I can fling a 1/32 oz jighead with a plastic grub a long way. This is the perfect set up for fishing for smallmouth, redeyes and brim on the New River.
