I have owned this product for almost 2 years and I still love it. It is well made and gets the job done. If you are comparing the costs of a gym membership to purchasing equipment for your home, this wins hands down! There are different pre-set workouts that you can do or you can do a manual workout. The only downside is that it does not come with a power cord to plug into the wall, it is battery operated unless you purchase the cord separately. But other than that it's great!

although we were able to put it together we had multiple parts break on on us in the process including pieces that required replacement. since this was the 1st elliptical we have purchased we didn't feel comfortable dropping "nordic track" $ on one. If we buy another one we definitely will to avoid the problems.

This is a great piece of equipment. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Very durable and stable, great workout. This machine is well worth the money. Lots of extra's make working out fun. It only took 1 hour to assemble and if you follow the instructions ther is no noice except you breathing hard after the work out .

My husband and I are very pleased overall. It did take some time putting it together, but thanks to the other reviews I was prepared for that and it was not that bad. I made sure my husband tightened the screws well and it makes barely no noise when we use it. The workout programs are very helpful. The only thing I wish I could change is the height of the handle bars. My husband is 6'4" and they seem a little short for him. But overall for the money spent, great product!

I purchased this elliptical and put it together with basically no problems. The directions for putting it together were easy to follow and the box contained all the pieces that I needed. HOWEVER, once I got it together, after about three or four days of using it, it started making this annoying clicking sound inside of the wheel. So after I would be running on it for two to four minutes it would start clicking, I tried to ignore it but it just kept getting louder and louder to the point that I couldn't take it anymore. I called the manufacturer and they sent an invoice for someone to come out and fix it, no charge, which was great. Only difficulty I had after that was actually getting a hold of someone to fix it. It ended up taking about a month to get someone to come out and fix it; he was here a little over an hour and after taking the whole thing apart was able to fix it from what I can see, because I haven't had any problems since then.
The resistance levels are great, there are various work out types to choose from, a calorie counter and heart monitor, and it really gets your heart beating fast. I can't wait to use it more to see results. So far, I love this machine.

When we first bought it, it was broken (it took all of my strength to turn the pedals). I contacted the company who came out and fixed it for free. I now love this machine and use it every night. It occasionally makes a knocking sound, but it's not loud - my kids sleep through it! It is a great workout at home, and saves me from needing a gym membership!

I purchased this item so I could work out at home instead of going to the gym. There is a knocking noise that I hear from time to time, after I have been on there for about 15 mins, we cant figure out where it is coming from, we have checked all the parts and everything is put together correctly, but that is the only downfall and complaint, other than that it does what it is suppose to do.

Well, it took me 7 1/2 hours to assemble by myself. It was horrific. If I'd have known it would take that long, I would have paid someone else to do it. Other than that, It seems very well made and really sturdy. Im overweight and it holds me just fine. Gives a great workout right from the start. I havent noticed any clicking sound at all from it. Its pretty quiet.

It took me around 3 hours to assemble this big machine by myself (I should have had someone to help me at the last step). Anyway, I have used it everyday for over two weeks, and this is what I see: the noise level (plastic on plastic) is low that it will not wake up anyone in the morning. If the TV is on, then I don't even notice the noice.
It does not feel as good as a 7K machine, but it is truly a great great deal for $200. I think this machine is here to stay...

This wasn't what I had planned to get, but I bought it because of the significant difference in price compared to others.
It does what it is meant to do. HOWEVER, I can name a few cons to help those deciding on a purchase:
- the powercord is an extra 60+ dollars
- MY heartrate monitor doesn't work
- there IS a small clacking sound, but not constantly
- there is no tracking of mileage

Before I purchased this elliptical machine, I read all the reviews about it. Most said their was a "crunching" sound when they used it. I thought, well.. maybe mine won't sound like that. Sure enough after my husband put it together, it sounds like their is a metal on metal sound. We couldn't find what was wrong. So.. now I just have to live with the crunching metal sound when I use it. All I have to say is... IT BETTER WORK!

I really liked this product. When I first decided to get an eliptical, this was not the one I orginally chose but I chose for the price and it turned out to be a very good one. It is very smooth and easy to put together. Very good product. My husband and I really enjoy it.
