Offering excellent picture quality, the Sony Bravia 32" LCD HDTV boasts 720p resolution and dynamic contrast with three HDMI inputs and a PC input. You will enjoy a clear, crisp life-like picture, with rich blacks, bright whites and a beautiful spectrum of color.
Note: You must have a source of HD programming in order to take full advantage of an HDTV. Otherwise, the picture quality of an HDTV without an HD source may not be much better than a standard-definition TV. Please contact your local cable or satellite TV provider for details on how to upgrade to HD programming.

awesome!!! bought it as part of a combo package and was well worth it!!! it is in our bedroom and is the perfect size....definitely not big enough for a living room though...good size, good image, good sound...

Two for One

I already had a new 42" Sony LCD when we moved into our home and it was somewhat big for our bedroom,so I moved it into the living room and both a 32" Sony LCD for the bed room.I've been very satisfied,both are 720 pi, I can't tell the difference in a 720 and 1080 at viewing distance,also I got a the 42" and 32" for what just a 42" 1080 would have cost.When I saw the 32" at Walmart and when home to check the specs and compare othet prices.Walmart's price was as cheap as anyones and it was even about $50 cheaper than their store price and for 97 cents they shipped it to my door within 3 days.Walmart is hard to beat and so is Sony!

I have always been partial to Sony televisions and after having this tv for approx 2 weeks I have been very pleased with it. The only problem I have had is adjusting the tilt of the screen forward and backward. I have not found out how to get it to move.

We researched HDTV's for a long time and planned this purchase carefully. This TV gives a beautiful picture at a great price. We were lucky for a last minute price reduction that allowed us to get this set instead of a lesser brand. To get the best sound, you need a separate audio system.

I have purchased this TV twice in the past 3 months. I have one in our kitchen now and purchased another for a bedroom. One is wall mounted and the other is on the included stand. Both have been excellent TV's and have meet what I come to expect from Sony products. Would very well purchase again, which is what I keep doing. This makes our 4th Sony LCD.

I purchased two of these units for my boys bedrooms. Mainly they are used for their gaming consoles, but work very well for TV and DVD viewing also. Picture quality is very good, especially for the price ($449 ea. when I purchased)
No, they are not the current 'top of the line' in specs, 720p instead of 1080p, 60hz instead of 120hz or above, LCD instead of LED - but still, if you don't have to have the current 'top of the line specs', you will be pleased for the price.

The Sony TV product happens to be a great buy for the money, you can-not beat the price any where, however, the picture quality/clarity has a lot to be desired. The contrast is to light for viewing. However, if you have a teenager that loves to play videos this is still a good buy because they don't pay any attention to the clarity anyway, just a long as they can get there game thrills on, like my grandson, they are happy campers. :-)

Bought this TV last week at my local Walmart. I'm not sorry at all. Took me 10 minutes to set it up with my cable, DVR and Sony DVD player. Watched a movie in 15 minutes. I would recommend this HDTV to anyone.

The picture is excellent. The sound is good, although due to the televisions lack of depth you don't get the larger speakers you normally would. However, it provides plenty of sound for watching normal programs. I have HD Directv and plugged in the HDMI cord into the back of the TV, it took roughly 5 seconds to install. Picture is EXCELLENT and looks good no matter what channel I'm watching. The TV was well worth what I paid.

Channels 2-6 are very snowey. But maybe its my cable. Do not have this problem on my other two sets.
Does not have an on screen clock. Or I just can't find it.

I had this TV for just over a year. No problems. Great picture from all viewing angles. You will have to pay a premium for the Sony brand; however considering the TV should last 10+ years, pay for a brand with proven reliability. I also bought a Sony home theather system from Walmart, the sound is amazing!
