We purchased this set years ago (2006) and just recently passed it on to a family member. We paid appx. $150 less than the current asking price, but I would pay this current price now.
The set has surprising quality and lasted through many years of continious use and weather.

I have had this dining set for several years and it has held up great, except for the cushions which lasted until last year. This set does not have replacement cushions, but I found them in my Wal-Mart store. The cushion is the 3 pillow cushion made by Better Homes & Garden that sells for $31.98.

We ordered this set. Took 2-3 weeks for it to arrive. Got it home and put all the chairs together. When I took the cushions out of their bags to put on the chairs, I discovered that they were all misshapen and "lumpy". Then we went to take the table out of the box. Glass was shattered. Needless to say, it will be going back today.

Looked great the first year

I bought this set two years ago. I loved it and initially received many compliments on it. It was very comfy to sit in and looked classy and elegant. After the first year one of the plastic slats under one of the chairs pulled from the bolt holding it in - the cushion now sags. Same thing happened this year to another chair. No one over 210 pounds has ever sat on one of these chairs. The paint at base of the table has worn towards the bottom, and now looks very weathered/cheap. Note: I have taken the chairs and cushions to the garage every year but when I set the table up, I put sand in it (necessary for stability) so the table has been left out during the winter. I have tried to fix the plastic slats but nothing has worked. There are no replacement parts available.

Cushion material deteriates quickly

I bought this set about 3 years ago. The cushions are comfortable but I should have never bought cushions made of woven material. Last year the cushions started to split and tear. This year they are ripping when anyone sits in them. They are unusable. I can buy more cushions, but I think if they were made of something other than a material that easily deteriates it would be a better product. The cushions also fade and you cannot wash stains or spot off of them. They made a bad choice in cushion material. These cushions are not able to be replaced unless you buy a whole new table and chairs. I would not recommend this set unless they changed the material the cushions are covered in. Other than this complaint the set was fine but the cushions didn't last long.

table top poorly made glass flat table slots not

Our first table top would not allow the 4 glass inserts to lie flat. So we ordered a replacement top. After inspecting the two table tops closely, we have determined that the real problems are manufacturing. The glass is perfectly flat, the metal framework of the table tops ARE NOT. The welds look like an amateur did them and even prevent installing one of the pieces of glass in the last table top.
I don't think reordering a replacement top again is going to solve the problems. I'm not a really picky person, but I would like to not worry about the glass wobbling or tipping up and down.
It has not been a good experience ordering merchandise so flawed. We had to make arrangements to pick this stuff up and to keep going back again and again does not appeal.
The seat cushions retain the memory of whoever sat in them last.

haven't been able to get replacement parts and the cost to cut the glass is crazy so basically unusable, very comfortable but if something goes wrong you're out of luck. The wind tipped it over and the glass broke and a squirell chewed a custion. would be nice since they still make it if they offered replacement pieces

We ordered this set because we wanted a round table w some detail and because the chairs all swivel and rock. We had it shipped to our store and it came in 2 boxes. The chairs were mostly assembled but went together quite easily. They are very comfortable and roomy and are great for larger people too. The table base had a knick in the corner and contacted the manufacturer who asked for pictures of the damage and promptly mailed a replacement base w in 5 business days. We didn't have to return the other one to them either. Although it doesn't come w an umbrella it was easy to find one for it. Be warned that when you assemble the table base it is hollow and needs to be filled w sand to prevent tipping. We live in southern Kansas known for crazy winds and tornadoes and haven't had an issue w the table tipping once as others mentioned. Just fill it w sand as it dictates in the instructions and I suggest folding down your umbrella when not in use. Overall the chairs are comfortable w thick cushions and ornate backs, the table is attractive and easy to clean, it looks very nice and customer service was helpful w our product defect. Besides the defect itself, we are very pleased.

Nice until you need a part - then worthless

This is a very nice set. The chairs are excellent and for the first season the table is great.
However - after the first season our table base began to delaminate and the sides deteriorated enough for it to lean. Since then the recent high winds have lifted and thrown one of the glass panels across the pool deck shattering the panel.
You cannot buy any of these parts. The table and chairs are only sold as a set so you cannot even purchase a replacement table. I did replace the cushions with some very nice ones. They came from Lowes since Walmart cannot get any replacement cushions that fit these larger chairs.
In all - we love the chairs and the chaises we got. The table leaves much to be desired and is uunusable and headed for the dump this week. We are looking for a nice replacement. Walmart doesn't have one at all so we are searching for a reasonable match elsewhere.
If you buy this just beware of the fact that once something breaks you will not be able to find replacement parts and the manufacturers phone is useless.

For the people saying you need glass for a table top are you aware that you can go to almost any place that sells automtive windshields and they will cut a new glass top for you at a reasonable price . By the time you pay to wrap and ship a glass table top buying it used it would be cheaper in the end to go to a local glass place that cuts flat glass.

Found a Phone Number for parts

For those of you who bought this set and lost a glass inset for whatever reason, (I did, too, a full four days after buying it) I found a phone number to call for replacement parts! The number is 866-538-7735. The hours are 9-5 and when I call tomorrow, I'll let everyone know how it went.

Please let me know if you have the glass panels to sell or give away. I'll pay all packing and shipping costs. Can't afford a new patio set so if you have a glass panel, I'll be happy to put it to good use.

Looks great. Chairs very comfortable and durable. Table is low quality. The top has held up but the base has fallen completely apart...in pieces. The material that it is made of crumbled off the second year of use. The bolt also broke so the table top did not stay secure. Regardless of what the tag says, the material DOES fade...a lot. Oh, and umbrella broke too and I threw it away. So, going into the third year, I am planning to purchase new cushions, the chairs still work and the top of the table is fine...if I can get a new base, I would have a complete working set.

I bought this set four years ago and it is cheap junk. The paint is chipping off of the chairs and table. The table is held together with one bolt that will not stay tight. The table will not stay upright unless you fill the base with sand. I filled the base with sand and now the base is cracked and leaking sand. Several bands on one of the chairs have broken.

I bought this set. It was beautiful. We had family over and then winter came. I put in storage and took out in spring. We are not heavy people so for what happened to happen was unbenounced to me. All 4 chairs at the bottom where it X's out or fans out just broke. Just broke! The metal is very weak. There as no repair. I guess after so many rock back and forth’s it pops!! I still have the table, and cushions... but all 4 chairs are thrown away. This set was so expensive and being a single mom of 3, unhappy is not the word for my first beautiful outdoor set.

I agree with the reviews indicating this is a very nice set for the price. The picture shows an umbrella, but one is not included. No big deal since I didn't expect one. One problem, the umbrella has to be on a 1.75 inch pole to be used with the table. For a 9 foot umbrella, this is very hard to find and comes largely in very high end umbrellas. You lose whatever you save on the set by having to locate an umbrella that is very expensive.
