I used this brush on the lower setting and kept it on an area only for a few seconds and it still tore up my skin like you wouldn't believe. It feels like I have major rug burn on my face! Needless to say, I won't be keeping this brush.

My husband purchased this for me for Xmas.
I love this product, it's not to harsh on my skin, but it definitely penetrates it! Since I have been using it a while I can honestly tell you I have noticed a big difference in my skin. Mainly, the small fine lines around my eyes has drastically improved and almost gone! I'm 47 yrs young.

My wife had no problem with the device, but the charging stand should have had an entry for the charging cord so the device could be charged while in the stand. Additionally, there was a problem with the original order (and even now); it did not contain the 2.5 ounce scrub as described on the internet site.

My dermatologist recommended that I purchase the clarasonic brush which was $199! I found this one on the web and decided to try it out for the money. I have to say I'm very impressed with it. I love it and so do my kids. The brush feels good against the skin, it holds its charge, it's easy to hold, easy to use and easy to clean. It has worked out just fine for us and I'm glad I didn't waste $199 on the clarasonic.

When I ordered this online, I didn't notice that the brush heads DOES NOT spin....it's just a vibrating brush. Seems a little pointless to me & I'm not impressed.

This is a great little machine for the money. Very easy to use and clean. Skin feels great after use. Haven't had it long enough to know how long the brush lasts, but cleans up nicely. Totally recommend this Dermabrasion cleansing system.

It is doing a good job so far, my face is nice and smooth...As far as the brush being firm. I like it because it takes the dead skin off, and if it is to hard for your skin. do not press hard on the brush., hold lightly.

At a facial, this type of product was reccommend to me. At the salon they had a similar product for $250! The aesthetician liked their product because it vibrates rather than rotates. So does the product from Wal-Mart. The vibration puts less stress on your face since it doesn't pull your skin. This product works perfectly and I highly reccommend it.

I fully charged the facial cleanser before I used it the first time. After about two uses I already had to charge it. Once charged it only worked one time before the charge felt like it was dying. It did make my face feel really clean, buy I'm not sure if it was just the fact that I was scrubbing my face with a brush, or if the sonic part was actually helping. I ended up returning this porduct and just buying a soft brush to clean my face. It still feels squeeky clean for $2 that I paid for the brush. I rewad reviews comparing to a Sonicare toothbrush, I have a Sonicare and I would NOT compare this facial brush to it. My sonicare is actually worth the price!

My face feels cleaner after i use it but it didn't do much for my acne issue. I thought that it would help get deep down and unclog my pores but my face didn't seem to react to it. My face feels smoother but unfortunatly my trouble areas remain the same.

Too rough on skin- even for the body.

I ordered this, trying to save money on the Clairsonic mia, BUT...the brush is soooo rough. I am now only using it for my body and it still leaves red marks everywhere. Its really too rough for my body too. :( I do not recommend this for anyones face.

This facial brush makes your skin feel much softer, and it helps the creams you use work better. I even dare to say that it helped make my skin look a little clearer. It also stays charged for a long time. I use it everyday and I definitely think it's better than just using your hands or a washcloth to wash your face. Was looking at more expensive facial brushes but I think this one works just fine! Would be even happier if it came in a pink color.

I have multi toned skin ( i always have), this product gave my face a very healthy glow , even my mom has noticed a difference. the brush is not hard to the touch but after you actually use it you do feel a bit of irritation (not much)& (i do not have sensitive skin at all), i was skeptical about the hardness of the brush and i am satisfied. VERY GOOD PRODUCT !!!... i have no compliants
