Smartparts 15" Digital Picture Frame

I purchased this to use in our office and everyone is so excited at the possibilities. The size is perfect and the picture quality is great. So far we have just loaded pictures, but we are looking forward to using it for videos of events and powerpoint displays for announcements.

Before purchasing, I spent a lot of time reading buyer reviews and product comparisons. We chose this unit because of the praise it received even though we had to wait for it to be shipped to us. We intended to use it in a business setting to showcase our work. It was easy to set up and the picture quality is pretty good. Within the first hour, the system froze and would not progress through the pictures and/or loop around. We decided to test it for several days this week. It seems like it runs about an hour or so and then the picture begins to roll and break up. This has caused quite a long delay in getting a unit set up in our store. Unfortunately, it is going back to Wal-Mart today.

This product meets my expectations. We are very pleased with the size and appearance of the frame.
It performs great.

The digital frame is really very good for the price.
It has a remote and the picture quality is great.
The only thing about this is a little heavy and is not very portable

Really nice digital photo frame. Not real user friendly instructions. Could not use music I already owned, Had to purchase new music from walmart.com in order for it to work. A little pricey but overall I like it alot. Speakers ok but not great. Volume does not go up very loud, but it is loud enough. Bought 2 had to retun one because it had a pink dot in the picture frame you could olny see if the picture was dark or black, so I asked for a new one and am waiting on the new one now. Overall, I like it alot and the wood frame looks really nice on the wall. Base apears sturdy and stable and is adjustable. Base can be totally removed to hang frame on wall. Has a nice feature where the cord is not impossible but very difficult to come disconnected from the frame itself.

The wood part of the frame is beautiful. The digital picture frame works just as it should and shows all the pictures in a big enough display to be seen across the room! I have had absolutely no problems with any aspect of this product. The only thing I would suggest is randomizing your pictures prior to loading onto memory card for insertion into frame. No other frame has a random picture show either, so it's not really a problem; but if you're including pictures from different time periods it is nice to have them a little more random than the order they are placed in by Windows.
We are using it in my husband's office - and everyone else has been SO jealous. They all say it makes their 7-8" frames look awful!
I have already recommended this product to so many people and don't think we will ever go back to a smaller frame for the same price.

Excellent product, easy operation, displays pictures better than my computer. Would recommend to others for purchase. Excellent product for the price.

The product is a magnificent value for the money. Huge picture grandma can see from her rocking chair.

The installation would have stumped her, but any moderately adept person with a PC (ie if you know how to find your pictures and plug in a USB) can have it ready for giving within 30 minutes.

Picture is clear. Didn't try video or mp3. Wish it had a shuffle mode, but hey!
