I just purchased the Little Tikes Auto Pitching and Batting trainer for my grandson who is 3 years old, he just loves it, and he can really hit the ball good and far, and then tells Grandma to go get the ball. He plays with this for hours, when the balls fly up in the air for him to hit them he really does good with this, it will help him for next year when he can start playing T-ball. I recommend this item.

I bought this for my son on his 3rd birthday and he loves it. I love the fact that it can grow with him for years to come. Its really easy to put together, it takes no more than 4 minutes. Just don't forget to buy batteries as it does not come with them( 4 D batteries).

We purchased this for our grandbaby girl who is 3 years old in early Spring. She loves it! We take her to the park or backyard and she has already got the concept of hitting the ball off of the tee. This is great for teaching skills such as; cordination, concentration, focus, and determination. She likes seeing how far she can make the ball go. We are slowly introducing her to the "auto" pitch, she has the concept to swing when the ball is pitched, she is getting the hang of it very well. Yes, that is our future lil' softball star!

We've had this t-ball set for a few weeks and everyone's (even mom and dad) enjoying it. We found 2 small drawbacks, first, we've found that the height isn't adjustable for the t-ball part. My 2 year old son (26 months) is big so it isn't really a problem for us but I could see where it might be for a smaller child. Second, we had to order it using Site to Store so it took a few weeks before we got it. Once we found it we wanted it right than. It was $5 more at Target and they didn't have it in the store either and didn't have free shipping so Wal-Mart will definitely save you money.
My son likes to hold the bat backwards but, we don't worry about it since he still hits the ball. Cute! Check out his picture.

As soon as it came out of the box, after speedy delivery, The 4 year old this was for was hitting balls all over the yard !!! He loved it and his younger sister is trying to use it...just to not be outdone ! The adjustment and versatility of the toy is great. Would recommend to all with younger kids that want them to learn batting techniques.

We got this for my sons birthday so he could learn T-ball and now he is able to have it pitch to him and hit it. I don't like that it take 4 "D" size batteries but it does auto shut off. I would recommend it for anyone that wants to teach their kids t-ball and or baseball and hand-eye cordination.

We haven't switched to the pitching mode, but acting as a tee for the ball to sit and my 4 yr old daughter to practice--it is wonderful! She is hitting the ball at T-ball practice now when she was "less than successful" before!! Definitely worth the money. Always happy with Little Tikes!
