These pants are very stretchy and are good to move around in. I wear them to work sometimes and have even used them as very comfortable sleep pants. They would also be good for dancing or exercising. They seem to be a tad big in the waist but not so bad that they fall down. If you're looking for good pants that move with you, here they are.

Great weight to the fabric to provide comfort, yet not become too hot. Length is perfect for those of us that prefer the length a bit on the longer side. Does not shrink up in the wash/drier.

I love these pants. They feel really nice, are easy care, and look nice but they tend to run big. I washed and dried them to see if they would shrink a bit but they didn't so I'm going to have to take the seams in. They are worth the effort but it would be nice if they fit at first.
