Thinner than I thought

Though I will still use this for my intended purpose (scrapbooking/book binding), I thought it would be a litlle bit more sturdier/thicker (like a hard bound book cover). It's not as thick as the traditional chipboard that you would find in a crafting store, but it's a little strudier than the cardboard back on the 12X12 note papers that come bound together. Hopefully with paper glued onto it, it will make it a little more solid.

I Love the sturdiness of this chipboard and for the price it's an awesome deal. I made a 6x6 mini album an although the chipboard is good weight I doubled it up for added weight.

The service for this product was WONDERFUL! Arrived the next morning. The product itself was ok but many of the pieces had a rough cut edge and had to be sanded. Also I have found mat board (which I could have substituted for this project) cheaper at Hobby Lobby.

Chipboard is good quality, but a bit thinner than I expected. I am using these to make book covers, and they have been easy to work with, but I have to double them up to make the covers rigid enough.

Everywhere I looked for heavy-weight chipboard that I would find for the same price as Walmart offered was only about 5-6 sheets, and sometimes not even 12x12.
This is a great weight chipboard, and you get 25 sheets for just $10? It really is an amazing deal and I will definitely continue to buy from then again and again!

I was a little concerned by the word Medium weight in the product title. I expected something about a strong as a gift box. Boy was I surprised! This chipboard is so sturdy, it doesn't even bend when holding it in the air by one side. Yet, it cut very easily. I was able to run my blade up and down a few times in my trimmer, flip it over and cut with one more swipe using a regular Fiskars paper trimmer (not rotary).
My projects turned out great. I'm glad I got three packs, but I"m sure I'll be buying more in the near future.
97 cents shipping couldn't be beat also.
