Great buy for a lover of cooking, 09/19/2009
This is the best price for these fine knives you will find. Anyone who enjoys cooking will enjoy them for a lifetime. I ordered the knives online; they arrived in "mint condition." I bought an additional item for this set from another big box store, and the item had marks on the blade and the handle and had to be returned. I wish Walmart offered more knives in this set.

Henckels Twins are over rated, 09/04/2009
I love knives. I wanted Henckels since I was younger (like owning a BMW or Mercedes). The mystic of Henckels Twin knives. I knew they were expensive, so they must be the best. I received the set today, the knives were not protected individually (shipped in individual cardboard sleeves) like my cheap ($100) KitchenAid Professional Series set. They were just in a plastic sleeve. The Chef and Paring knives were also bent (check your knives carefully by looking straight down the edge and spine). They also feel very light and cheap. Although the box said proudly MADE IN GERMANY. The wood block is made in Malaysia. I will be returning these over rated knives. Just because they are expensive and made in Germany since 1731 does not mean they are quality and the best. I am disappointed, especially by all the great reviews Henckels received. Oh well, live and learn.

Extremely Satistfied, 08/17/2009
I got my money's worth from its superior quality
>> Sharpest
>> Rust-free
>> Design - from single piece of iron, so no H2O gets stuck in between the blade and its handle -- so, no more wait time in draining the water from the handle after rinsing
>> Easy to hold and control

I am a * BiG fAn * what with the excellent price I got from Walmart.com (this was on clearance). Thank you HENCKELS for inventing 4 Start II product line --- thank you MORE to WALMART for putting this on CLEARANCE !!! =D
