Each has a flashlight lightbulb, so don't expect them to light up a whole room. But they are a good value for the money, especially since they come WITH batteries. I got them to use for emergency lighting around the house

I think this is a great product for an excellent price. I purchased these lanterns for my kids for their first camping trip, and the kids loved them! I loved the swivel handle which makes them so easy to carry, and the attaching clip because we could hang them from a hook, tree, ceiling of the tent, etc. The batteries that came with them have not lasted as long as I would like them too, but they do seem like inexpensive ones - I have not tried "better" batteries yet. Overall, definitely a worthwhile purchase!

These worked well for lighting the inside of the tent and for card playing at the picnic table. I'd recommend using better batteries though, as one of the lanterns' batteries started getting weak after an hour or so. Can't complain though, because the batteries were included and there was only one lantern whose light started dimming enough to need to change the batteries! For the price, these are convenient and decent lanterns!

I was not thrilled with these lights. They work ok but one was broken when I took it out of the box. They are good for the kids so they have their own lanterns but I also found that the batteries did not last very long.

The little lamps are cute while they last, but they eat through batteries fast (especially the ones that they came with). They provide an okay amount of light - but for our tent (meant to sleep 4 people), we needed all three of them on to really be able to see.

They are much brighter than I anticipated for the price. I have 3 kids so I got this for camping so each one could have their own, and they loved them. Of course the only downside is that they go through batteries like crazy and kids can disassemble them and then break them easily, so you have to watch them. But worth the money. It kept the kids quiet and happy and put off more light than I thought possible, having all 3 on in the tent gave me a headache from the brightness!

I bought these lanterns because I thought my daughter would like them, and to my dismay two of them burnt out 5 seconds after I put the batteries in them. They're cute, and were very bright, but I think that they weren't made well.

these lanterns are awesome. i used them when i went camping for 5 nights and they stayed bright the whole time. they were great for lighting the inside of the tent and walking outside at night, as they cover more area then a flashlight. they're a great size, not too small as to be useless, but not too big that you can't throw it in your bag and carry around.

I bought these for a camping trip to the desert in eastern Oregon. We were gone for five days. All we had were these little lanterns for the first night because the wicks broke on the gas one. They do not emit a ton of light. They are good however for lighting up your tent especially for reading. I'm glad I have them, but there are not to special.

The mini bright lantern is not as bright as i assumed it would be. You get about a 3inch radious of light that isn't very bright. If you are taking a trip to a bathhouse when camping make sure you pay attention to the ground. You only get alittle light on walk. This lantern is good to light up the inside of a tent only. Not able to sit at a picnic table and play cards, even with all three at one time.

I purchased these for our grandchildren who live out of state to take on the beach at night on our vacation...and then bought another set. My husband takes the little ones on a walk at night to "hear the sounds of the neighborhood" and they take their lanterns with them! Too cute :)

We just purchased these Dorcy mini lanterns for Memorial weekend camping, they were a hit. We have five kids who are a little rough these lights outlasted them. They are incredibly bright and batterries lasted all weekend. Great value, plan on getting a few more sets.
