The price was right and I didn't have to search for decorative pillows to go with the comforter. The comforter itself wasn't badly wrinkled but the shames and the bed skirt were a different story. Overall, I am pleased with the look.

I was spoiled a few years ago with a microfiber comforter I had bought from Wal-Mart so when I purchased my new King sized bed I looked around for another comforter. I looked at several other places and finally found one at Wal-Mart (Duh!). I looked for a comforter like the one I used to have however, couldn't find it. I didn't really expect to since it had been several years since I'd purchased the last one. Then I came across this one. It looks very similar to the other one I had and was the same material. Plus, I didn't like any of the other designs I had found. This one did the trick.
The previous reviewers were correct... This looks like a comforter you would get at a department store. It's very soft. Both myself and my husband are very hot natured and this comforter can get a little warm. We are using it during the summer because we keep our thermostat on 68 at night, but I think this would be better for a winter comforter if you're the type of person who uses different comforters during different seasons. I would like to see them make a lighter version of the exact same comforter. I came with some beautiful decorative pillows --- an added bonus. The only complaint I have about the comforter was the fact that there were loose strings on the top. I have yet to take the time to look at them and see if pulling/burning them off would make the comforter come apart. Near as I can tell this is occuring on the seams so it could easily be sewn back together. Other than that, the embroidery and stitching is well done.
This comforter will not disappoint. I have a penchant for beautiful/nice things (I'm a Taurus). I am a person who can go into any store and say, "I like this..." That item will undoubtedbly be the most expensive one there. And this is all without me even seeing the price tag. I am frequently complimented on my taste. If this comforter pleased me, I believe it will please you too.
One tip/piece of advice... I also purchased the dark brown/chocolate microfiber sheets to accompany this set. Do not purchase these sheets. They are thin and after a couple weeks I noticed where they had stretched. Opt for cotton sheets or thicker microfiber sheets with a high thread count. Not sure exactly what ours were. Happy shopping!

Classy look and fabric, but very poorly sewn. Had a large fold of material machine sewed in the middle of the bedspread creating a large "gather." Could not unpick the stitches to see if the mistake could be rectified. I would not recommend this item to anyone as I wasted valuable time waiting for the item to arrive only to discover the defect. Would not want anyone else to have the same problem.

I really wanted to like this and just brush the other negative comments but I can't. when i first took it out, it did look a little cheap and the bedskirt doesn't really match with what's seen on the front of the bedding so that was weird (it does match the underside of the comforter but who's going to look at that especially since the color is a bit off from the other colors and it's made of shiny cheap looking fabric.)
IT DID NOT FIT MY BED!!!! I got it for a full and it looks nothing like in the picture. but it can look like it... if you have don't have the comforter hanging on one side of the mattress and then still it's too short!!! To say the full comforter probably fits a twin wouldn't be an exaggeration. I also made the mistake of putting it in the washer and the comforter balled up and it shrunk a little as if it weren't small before, so beware this is strictly dry clean!!! This just isn't practical for me, having dogs and all, this has to be dry cleaned a few times a week. It'd be nicer to just be able to throw it in the wash :/ I don't recommend it unless you just want to sit there and look at it. WHY WALMART WHYYYYYYYY!!!!!
but on a serious note it probably won't fit you bed or you'll have to get a size or sizes bigger and you'll have to to get it dry cleaned or risk ruining it. Spare yourself the headache and frustration, DO NOT BUY THIS SET!!!!

i was very pleased with this set. It definitley met my expectations. The comfortor was actually long enough and hung off the side of my bed, which is what I was having problems with in trying to find one. The comfortor is not too heavy and not too light so I think it would be great for summer and winter. Definitley happy with my purchase and not bad for the price.

This is absolutely a beautiful comforter set and it fits wonderful.the color's are perfect.....I loved it so much I turned around and bought another one for my bedroom.this set will go with any wall color you have to.And with this comforter my dog can not tear it ,that was the selling point for me.I recommend this lovely set to everybody!!!

I have 6 cats and two infants so when I was looking for a new bedding set, I didn't want anything expensive because Iknew the damage it was in for...I saw this online and fell in love with the colors and design..Once I got, it, and set it up looks absolutely beautiful and it is extremely comfortable.. totally totally love, it..It washes nicely..and is very soft..I would recommend this to anyone...It looks more elegant than the price.

Loved this bedding. The comforter is soft and fluffy. Color is great. Sizes run a little small. I have a queen bed and ordered a King set and it was a perfect fit. The shams are HUGE!! I would recommend a small body pillow. Overall, a wonderful, bright set.

When I got this ..I was so mad..it was torn..didnt want to take the time to take it back and deal with the hassel..It's a light comforter..and I like that about it..But had I read the discription better..I would not have bought it..

Overall I am pleased with this bedding set - especially for the money. The picture is somewhat deceiving, the color/pattern was not what I expected, 3/4 of it is flower and just bottom 1/4 is brown suede...I wasn't sure I liked that. Also A LOT smaller than it shows in picture. My mattress is 19 inches so it barely covers the top mattress. Comforter is very thin. I will keep but probably keep looking for something heavier for winter.
