Slumber 1 - 8'' Memory Foam Mattress

Site to Store shipping worked great! Bed was a little heavy so the sales clerk at the counter wheeled it out to the car and put it in for me. Bed "inflated" very quickly and didn't smell too bad. It feels great! I'm using a topper as others suggested and it works perfectly.

Good memory foam for the price, but only 7 inches thick instead of 8. I needed 8 inches to reach from platform slats to bottom of headboard, doesn't quite make it. Probably will buy foam topper to add some height and comfort, like an earlier review recommended. Quite comfortable for foam, not as firm as I feared from other reviews. Thinking about buying a queen size for my futon.

Very impressive coming out of package, comfortable on the floor. I knew I would have to buy an additional memory foam topper for this and did, an additional 4" memory foam topper. Makes all the difference in the world. I am 200 lbs, and with this mattress and topper on a platform bed, is extremely comfortable. My husband was very skeptical until he slept on it, he sleeps better than ever now, and he doesn't even snore anymore. That is a plus for me, because I've always had to wear earplugs, now i don't. I did hours upon hours of searching for a budget bed and I found all the components at Wal-Mart online. Very pleased.

I love this mattress.. Well worth the money.. I feel like I am sleeping on a cloud.. I have had problems with my hip and needed a bed that would help my hip.. I recomend this mattress to everyone who has problems with their backs and hips..

I bought the queen size to use in camper travel trailer. Works alot better than a normal thick mattress. Very comfortable. I made it even better by adding a 2 inch egg crate foam topper to it and a mattress protecter. It is almost as nice as my latex foam mattress by Sterns and Foster that is in home.

Ok, the mattress DOES have a bit of a glue factory odor that lingers for several weeks. But, the Chinese manufacturer assures you in a sheet of paper included in the purchase that is is safe nonetheless.
Beyond that, I've NEVER slept better in a bed. The memory foam is very supportive, comfortable and firm.
I have noticed some body heat retention in the mattress and have placed a comforter over it to reduce the heat. I imagine in the midst of summer this could be an issue.
Overall, a really good buy for the money!

I purchased this mattress for my motorhome based on other reviews - it turned out to be better than expected.
In close quarters, just make sure yot have it "pointed in the right direction" when you release it from the packaging.

I had doubts about this mattress, as I'd never had a memory foam one before, and also because I generally don't buy beds from places other than mattress retailers (much less Walmart!). Anyway, I have to say that I have no complaints about this bed..... it is suuuuuuper comfortable, and I have the hardest time getting out of it when I wake up. What's even funnier is that my friends have all tried the bed, and now whenever they're over, they're always trying to find a reason to get on it.

Let me start by saying I LOVE THIS BED! Its amazingly comfortable, on the firm side, for me and I cant even get up in the morning (which might be a down side). If I sleep the appropriate 8-10 hours a night I don't even have a sore/stiff back when I get up. If I sleep more like 12 or 14 hours I am a little sore when I wake up but that's probably my fault. My boyfriend however, says it is a little firm for him, but he doesn't have a sore or stiff back when he wakes up so I think this is just personal preference. It does retain more heat than my old bed (regular innerspring mattress) did but it hasn't been a problem so far. It did have a slight 'chemical' smell like others had mentioned but it just reminded me of a new car smell in a way. It was gone within a couple of days and once you put sheets on it you don't even notice the smell. We got the California king size and its perfect. Fits all standard Cali king sheets and as a tip... we only really needed a king size comforter with this bed and ended up with a queen size because we didn't want a lot of overhang since we built a platform bed frame for it. No box springs needed.... just place it down on the platform and that's all you need. Easy to transport too... comes compact in a box. AWESOME PRODUCT FOR THE MONEY!
