I needed a narrow mattress(twin)for sleeping on in the back of my Toyota Rav4. I tried a memory foam topper on an old cotton tick but this was not comparable to what I had in the house. The sleepsational 9" visco is a one piece memory foam and mattress that has worked great for this kind of car camping.

I seem to sleep better on this matress. The matress took a week to get used to, but I like the matress now. The size of the queen matress seems a little bigger than my old box spring. Not sure what is up with that. I am recommending a memory foam matress to all.
