with shipping which took a very long time it cost nearly 800$ The pool lasted one summer the items that come with it to keep the pool up are cheap so buy your own, Especially the cover the salt system is excellent. But the white connectors inside the poles break very easily here in texas its very windy and that caused the poles to blow and break. The actual pool will get rips very easily so be careful. the patching set that comes with it doesnt work well. and onces you store this pool for the winter you must be very sensitive with it or it will tear the kids had fun but this pool is very expensive i already have to change the liner. i would recommend making the plastic connectors steel or metal of some kind as well as a more durable liner. for the cost..

Bought this pool for my son in June of 2009. This was his birthday present. Cost was $800. For his birthday the nest year I had to buy another saltwater chlorinator, which was $200. Now for the 2011 summer we will not have a pool. The saltwater has rusted the metal frame so bad that it crumbles to the touch. Had to let the water out before it collapsed. I would not recommend this pool to anyone.

Had it shipped to my house, delivery guys were excellent. Leveling the ground is a huge pain in the you know what and we still didn't get it very level. But its seems steady only off by 1 inch or so.
Putting it up was a breeze, but you have to let the liner sit out in the sun and really take you time unfolding it. The warmer it gets the easier it is to slide in the bars and you won't have any tears in it. No problems attaching the salt water system. Written instructions are very easy to understand.
Complaints Vaccum is a joke! The instructions on how to use the pump and the salt water generator is very confusing for first time pool owners. Still not sure I am doing it right. We are having a blast with it! Makes the summer a lot more tolerable.

We have enjoyed the set up and pool so far. No problems and the ladder is sturdier than I would have thought after reading some of the other reviews. It works great for us!

This is my first pool and I must say that it was very easy to set up. Two people took between 45 minutes to one hour to completely set it up and start filling with water. The ground preperation was a bear and I mean a big bear. Took over two weeks to get a spot level. Had to dig a little over 2 1/2 feet deep on one end to get the ground level. Used a small track hoe to dig the hole and used a hoe and shovel to level. Once leveled, put down about 2 inches of sand, (one ton) to make bottom soft and the rest was easy. About half full now and so far no leaks. Can't say enough about how easy it was to put this pool together. I would buy this product again.

Great pool. Bigger than I thought it would be. Easy set up - only took 1 hr. and we were ready to fill it up. Still getting use to the salt water filter system, but it seems easier than having to deal with the chemicals and a lot cheaper.

Pool was fairly easy to set up, took 2 hours to complete. Ladder is a little unstable so I fastened it to a length of 2 x 6 under the legs on the outside of pool. Love the salt water system, easiest to maintain.

Walmart online was so helpful each time I needed to speak with them regarding delivery and other details. The pool was easy to set up, so easy a caveman could have done it. The salt water system is the way to go. You won't regret it. We bought a sturdier ladder and extra filters and a solar cover to keep the leaves out and keep it warm. VERY IMPORTANT: Level the ground first. Then enjoy!!!

finally managed to get the pool together, that wasn't too bad. started filling it with water, get about a foot in it, and discover there is a leak in it between the floor and the wall. of course the patching product they send is not for underwater, and refusing to waste the water i went to lowes and got an underwater patch kit and emailed the company with the complaint. haven't heard back yet. still haven't gotten it full yet, so don't know what other surprises may be in store for me.

I have had this pool up for about 2 weeks now and the water is still clear. My kids are really enjoying it. I have a few suggestions though. First one is to purchase a better vaccuum. Second is to purchase a different ladder. Other than that it is wonderful. The vaccuum works ok. It is time consuming and could pick up a little better. The ladder says 300 pounds is max. I wouldn't give it that much credit. It wobbles with my 70 pound daughter using it. I think it will last this season and I'll be upgrading to a better ladder and vaccum next season. I absolutely LOVE the saltwater system! The only chemicals I have added to the pool is ph down and stabilizer. The stabilizer was my personal choice. I expected to use ph down considering it was a new pool with fresh water. One more thing, spray your filters off as often as you can. They will last longer and filter better. I say purchase this pool, you won't be sorry.

I purchased this pool spring of 2009. I was a little scared at first being it was very expensive at the time. When I got my pool home and set it up which was very easy even my two kids helped out. Within a couple of days it was ready for use and was a great way to keep my kids busy all summer they loved it. We used the heck out of it and it should last a very long time. The best part about the salt water system was that I did not have to add any thing to the pool, no PH up or PH down, no green algae, no scrubbing and minimal vacuuming and even better than this was the fact that I had no burning of the eyes and no bleaching of swim suits or dry hair, you can even open your eyes underwater with out any problems. This year I invested in an solar heater for the pool so that we can have a longer season. We cannot wait till the salt is available to purchase so that we can set up the pool and start using it again and of course some sunny days. We highly recommend this pool to any of you that are not pool savvy it will be the easiest pool to maintain. No need for extra chemicals.

Although this pool is a little more expensive than some of the other above ground pools, it is well worth the money. I love the salt water filter. No chlorine to sting your eyes. We hired someone to level the ground and install the pool after reading some of the problems in the reviews. We have had no problems with anything.

This pool was semi easy to set-up ,like all the other reviews , the ladder was horrible ,we invested in a much sturdier one . The leveling of the ground is the hardest thing to get right . We were off on one side 1-1 1/2 inches but it seems to be doing fine so we didn't drain ....the grandchildren and the adults love it . This was our first experience with a pool like this and it has been well worth the time ,money & effort . These types of pool have come a long way! AND YOU CAN'T BEAT THE SALTWATER SYSTEM !!!! It's GREAT!!!! It's bigger than what it looks , and next year we will be going with the 24x52 .... don't hesitate to buy this pool .We went with the lowest amount of salt to start with ,80 lbs and have not had to add any since .It keeps the pool sparkling clear and there is no salt taste . We did take one review's advice and put tile under each leg so the legs wouldn't sink into the ground as we have had a lot of rainy days this summer in Tn. Hope the pics and review helps etc...

We are loving this pool and the saltwater system! Pool had one small hole in the side - noticed it after it was filled, but the patch kit works underwater, so we fixed it no problem. Had some trouble with the saltwater system - we used Morton Pool Salt purchased at Walmart, and after running the chlorine generator, our pool water turned yellow. Contacted Intex - they said it has to be 99.8% pure salt, non-iodized. We used the exact same bag they showed in the set-up video - the bag did not say non-iodized. We drained the pool and started over with much more expensive salt from a pool supply store 45 miles away, kind of a hassle, but the water stayed clear.

After spending time leveling the ground, the pool was easy to assemble for my husband and brother. I recommend making sure the pump works before dumping in the salt. We used the pellets and dumped them in (per instruction) and then attempted to turn on the pump. Our pump didn't work so we had to scoop the pellets back out. Called Intex and within 24 hours had a claim filed and we received a replacement pump in about five days. This one works fine and my four year old would spend all day in the pool if I let him. I think next year we will put a thin layer of sand underneath to make it more comfortable to walk on.
