Young Guns II is a pretty good film that deserves at least one viewing or two. All in all, it was good to see Emilio Estevez (one of my all time favorite actors) again as well as Keifer Sutherland and Lou Diamond Phillips, all of who make a return from the first Young Guns. This movie pretty closely follows the actual history of Billy The Kid after he managed to escape capture following the big shoot out at the end of the first film. As in many movies such as these, there are some historical inaccuracies, but those can be easily overlooked. The film is quite enjoyable and finds some nice performances by its stars. What I recommend anyone who is interested in buying this film to do is first ordering the first film, which actually has a neat little documentary in the DVD extras about the real Billy The Kid, which might help you identify more clearly the events as you see them play out in the films. Trust me, both movies are great and it should be a nice, enjoyable time for you if you watch them.
