The site to store was on schedule, with an earlier than expected pick up date. After unpacking all parts were accounted for however, one adjustable shelf has a shallow crack in one corner. The finish isn't as nice, with paint missing from the edges, and a few nicks and scratches. The hinges for the top doors can be adjusted so that the doors close easily without scraping the sides. The hinges for the bottom doors are the same way. However the screw in holes for the hinge section that attaches to the left and right vertical walls were drilled two inches high. New holes (four in all) had to be drilled in to the left and right walls for the bottom doors to line up properly. Overall it seems sturdy enough to hold canned goods, snacks, etc. The finish could have been nicer.

Product packaged was heavy and required 2 people to carry, but not big problem.
Pantry was easy to assemble. There was no cutting or fitting required.
All parts were accounted for.
This pantry cabinet is very attractive, as well as being an incredible value.

Pre- drilled holes were not on doors for hinges. small doors had raw edges not white. small door hinge holes were drilled further in on sides on left side so door did not sit right and pulled out screw when trying to close door. grateful my husband is handy with home repairs and managed to fix these problems. Still have to buy white paint to repair edges on doors

Item was easy to put together, but some pieces came dented, bent and with stains on them (that's inside the very careful packaging, so it was clear it wasn't damaged in shipping). I ordered two cabinets but was only able to get one - the second one somehow got lost in transit, which I got reimbursed for and then had to go in and re-order on the website.

Cheap quality. Holes were not aligned properly. Paint are chipped easily. Very disappointed in the product. Definitely not worth the $97 (included tax and shipping) I spent on this item.

I purchased this pantry to organize craft and sewing supplies - it was pretty simple to put together, is nice and sturdy, and looks very nice! I did not have any issues getting the doors to align because I put it together while it was lying flat on the floor. Be careful if you are choosing the Site to Store shipping as the box measures about 6.5'x1.5'x4" and weighs 90 lbs (just make sure your car is big enough to get it home from the store). Overall a good product, one of the best values and not a cheap cabinet.

Received in timely manner. My son assembled it for me...he has become quite adept at this easy-to-assemble furniture and did it in no time! The small left door's white laminate was peeling. I called Orion and they are shipping out a new one today. All in all just what I needed in my small, pantry-less kitchen!

Good enough if you're handy

This was the least expensive pantry I found for my small kitchen, and also better looking than some of the pricier options. My husband is very handy, and he found out quickly that following the directions is a good way to hang a door crooked. He figured it out and now the whole thing is as close to square as its manufacturing quality allows. The hinge side edges of the doors are not laminated and look rough - I doubt I'd notice if I didn't live with it. There is a noticeable scratch mark on the front of one large door. I hear Orion is good about exchanging parts; I decided to paint the doors instead. Overall it's just fine for the money, but only if you're good with tools and don't mind 'value price' quality and a bit of hassle.

Pantry arrived in perfect condition, went together easily with exception on no pre drilled holes on the doors. Pantry was square and tight after assembly unlike others I have that dont line up when put together.

We moved into a new apartment that had a ton of space in the kitchen, but not much storage. We just wanted something basic and neutral as to not clash with the kitchen and could still be used for future storage needs when we move in the future.
It has a lot of space and does what it needs to, but nothing more. Its appearance leaves much to be desired, because it looks cheap. You get what you pay for, which was fine in this case. There is a slight gap between the doors and they don't install entirely straight.

The thing I was disappointed about was the white wood cabinet had black dirty spots that wouldnt wipe off. The majority of it was on the inside of the wood, but also not a fan of he hinges and doors, but overall for the price it will get us by until we find something better, good for short time use around a year or two because of the quality. Just bought a new house so was a great starter pantry.

The doors are finished poorly. I will have to do something to cover the rough edges. The top trim and the bottom trim will have to be painted. I may end up painting the whole thing just to make it look right. I wish I could have returned it but once you break open the box it is yours. Don't buy this product unless you want to re-do the whole thing.

I truly wasn't happy with this cabinet . The directions on how to put the cabinet together were limited. Wholes that needed to be in the cabinet were not there for the screws to go in. The the rough edges of the cabinet on one side had to show because that's where the screws needed to go in. Now I have a cabinet with no bottom doors on. Now it's too late to send back. ...not cool
