Razor Razor RipRider 360 Caster Tricycle
A reinvention of the classic 3-wheeler of the 1970s, the Razor RipRider 360 Caster Tricycle rides like no other, thanks to dual-inclined caster wheels. The large pneumatic wheel on the front ensures easy pedaling and provides complete control. The casters on this Razor Tricycle allow resistance-free drifting and spinning action, and the freewheel system invites incredible coasting speeds. The adjustable handbrake and rubber grips provide the necessary support and grip and ensure your childs safety. I bought this bike because the boy for whom it was a gift is a real "Dr. Destructo" and managed to destroy his regular bike in no time at all. He is a little bruiser. So, far, so good....he has already put this bike through the ringer and it is holding up just fine. I predict the back wheels will eventually give in to the punishment, but I am hoping they can be replaced. Otherwise, the product works as promised.

Assembly: Very easy. While I involved my son into it, the entire assmbly was done in 15 minutes
Looks: Very good looking - easy on the eyes
Sturdy: Assuming that you asemble per the instructions, it is a very sturdy bike
Fun: Lots of it. Kid does all kinds of turns on it.
Caution: It is a bike and kids will experiment, the bike may hit the walls if they are very close to it.
If they go through bumps, the kid needs to have good control

Great product. Seems made well. Quick assembly. Age range is right on - 5 and up. We gave it to our son for 6ht birthday and have had it about two weeks. He is loving it. Lots of smiles :)

My son got this for Easter and it is the coolest thing! He is 5 and is a little big for his age - his legs are just long enough to peddle comfortably. My 10-year-old loves it, too. I got on it (a 140 lb. almost-30-year-old mom) to show them what to do and it held me just fine. It is so much fun! It is built sturdily. Just be sure to have ample spinning room. If they go off the edge of our street even a little it almost always tips over. It is so low to the ground, though, it's not a big deal. They jump right up and start riding again.

My kids love it, even the 13 year old (although too small for her)....we want a young adult version or adult version of this...my husband and I tried it, we both love it...makes you feel like a kid again...Hope Razor makes an older child or adult version some day...

We bought one of these over three years ago for our (then) six year-old granddaughter to ride at our house, and she still rides it every chance she gets! Now there are two younger sisters and it's still the most popular ride-on toy we've ever purchased. Every kid -- boy or girl -- who has come into our backyard absolutely loves it and can't wait for a turn to ride.
It is easy to pedal on our stamped concrete patio and even when sliding the kids have enough control to avoid our aluminum patio uprights, patio furniture, and most importantly, people and the dog. It is weight-rated at up to 150 pounds and an adult female friend (about 5'6" and 125) took it for a spin and pronounced it "a blast!" This one was purchased as a Christmas gift for our middle granddaughter (age three) to ride at home. We expect it to be as big a hit there as it is here.

My 8 yr old son bought this with his birthday money a couple of weeks ago and the shipping was super fast. The day the rider arrived my son had a priceless grin on his face. He absolutely loves this rider and doesn't even want to ride his bicycle anymore. He has let his brother ride it, who will be 5 in December, and he loves it to and is hoping to have enough birthday money to buy himself one.

Gave this to my son for his 5th birthday. He was thrilled! He is average in height and can pretty much reach the pedals, but will be easier when he is taller. Took him a while to get the hang of the "spinning" aspect of it but when he did, he loved it.
A big flat area would be best for this toy. I can see kids getting crazy on this. My son, after getting the hang of it, and after refusing to put on his protective gear, decided to start racing down our driveway, hit a bump funny and toppled over and scraped his elbow. Safety gear is a must, especially if you have a very rambunctious child!
A couple of screws did come off the caster housing but we were able to put it back on. Not sure on the longevity of the product as we had only used it one day.

With the exception of the front drive wheel which seems to be like any other "big wheel" style wheel, this seems to be a well-engineered and rugged device. There are no screws into plastic. Everything is literally bolted to a solid metal frame, and the rear spinner wheels seem to be very rugged. The front drive wheel is not bad, but it suffers in comparison to the rest of the rugged rider and is the only component exhibiting any signs of wear. My grandsons, 8 and 6, have ridden it hard for several hours and love it.

My grandson loves the RipRider. The only complaint I have is that the description stated the tire is pneumatic and it is not. A pneumatic tire would have better traction.
