Evenflo - Crosstown Soft & Wide Pressure Mount Gate

Perfect for preventing our 15 month old grandson from climbing the stairs. It was exactly what we were looking for - wide enough to block the staircase and installed using pressure rather than putting holes in our walls. We are very impressed by the quality. I'm sure we'll be using this product for years.

It keeps my grandson safe. It is alittle hard to put up, But I can live with it.

I love the gate. I bought it to keep my 1 yr old in the frontroom. I have a three yr old as well they both stand on the base of it, and it has not fell yet. The only thing I dont like about it is that it is a little of a trouble to take off the walls and put back on so we keep it there at all times.

I purchased this baby gate for a large room opening to contain my new puppy. It looks good and was very easy to install, without any hardware which was what attracted me to the gate in the first place. So far it is working beautifully . Our little beagle pup tries to jump up on it, but is too small to get very far. He scratches a bit, but so far has not torn the mesh at all. This may not work as efficiently when he gets larger, but so far, we love it. I only hope his nails dont tear the mesh in the future.

This gate is the best we've found so far. We had a plastic north state gate that lasted about 3 months before the latch broke on it. Our little one hasn't been able to climb this one since it is mesh. My husband had it set up in just a few minutes and now we can safely keep the baby out of the kitchen while I'm fixing dinner. We intend to get one or two more when we move to use in various locations in that house.

We needed this gate to cover a 60" opening (which this product claims to extend). We have had a heck of a time getting it to extend both on the top and bottom. In turn, there is not a secure fit in that space, and it keeps toppling down!

This is a great gate if you don't mind climbing over it or only setting it up when you need it. It's easy to set up, extends to fit wide spaces, and we love the fact that we can take it with us to other family members houses and on vacation. It has nice colors and the material is great. I didn't realize it doesn't open and that you have to step over it, which isn't a problem if you are tall. But, it works great if I want to keep our daughter out of the hall or kitchen for a certain amount of time. For the price and quality of the gate, it's definitely worth it and just a nice thing to have on hand.

it was a little confusing at first to put up, but once i got it up, which didnt take long, it works great. we havent removed it once we put it up. my husband and i step over it and the other kids as well. if for whatever reason it cant be stepped over we will lower it just a tad temporarily by releasing the side latches and tighten it then put it back... (my mom is a little short and cant step over it so we lower it for when she comes for a visit or to watch the kids)

once i got it up to block off area i wanted, i loved it but getting it to the size and adjusting it could have been easier
