When I got this product in the mail I had to do a quick look at it as it was for a Christmas gift and the reciepient was going to be home very soon. But when he opened it up on Christmas he was very happy. He said you mean you remembered all this time that I wanted one.
then he found soe n sale right after Christmas and he bought 3 more 2 for his family pics and 1 for my family pics.

The wood in the frame was chipped. The pictures came up on the screen but none of the controls would work, nor the controller. To turn the power off we had to unplug the frame. So we returned it to the store for a full refund. Then turned around and purchased another frame that was cheaper and even better.

Poor quality frame

Purchased this for a gift for grandparents. Frame was poorly constructed with imperfections on the front of the frame. And to top it all off, when the frame was in the off position it still made noise. The noise reminded me of a radio that was inbetween stations and it was loud enough to be heard within close proximity (3-5ft) of the product. In my opinion, not a good buy.
