Small print. I am older and therefore my eysight is not as good as it once was. I have managed with magnification to read part of the first chapter and I enjoyed the vast amount of information that I have read so far. If the mud were to hit the fan this book would be very benifical. If the mud does not hit the fan the information is still interesting.

This book is absolutely amazing. I bought this expecting to learn very little but it does in fact cover EVERYTHING. You will learn how to do everything from how to tie a knot to what kind of trap to use to kill a bear! This is not a book you can read from end to end because the amount of knowledge to take in from this book is astonishing. Will buy another just in case.

I have looked at several different "survival" books and this is by far the best. It is well organized, covers a huge array of situations, easy to understand and up-to-date. This is a must-have for any camper, backpacker or just anyone who needs a good reference book for the home.
