I am very please with quality of the quilt, and how it looks on our bed. I had checked other websites for the same quilt and found Walmart had the lowest price by far. It was shipped within 4 days, and arrived in perfect shape. Over all I am more than pleased with this purchase. Just as over reviewers mentioned, my husband likes it too.

Love almost everything about quilt set except the size of the shams...they are way to big...don't use king size pillows so was very disappointed in that. Color is great...king size on a queen bed is great except for shams.

I was worried that the mix of patterns would be too busy, but the squares all coordinate nicely. The colors are really very pretty... I wanted something light and bright for summer to replace my heavy comforter, and this fits the bill perfectly. I bought the king size for my queen bed so that it would fit more like a bedspread. I bought standard shams separately from overstock.com, and I use one king pillow and sham as an accent. (The pattern is called blooming prairie on that site.)
All in all, I am quite pleased with this quilt set.

I want to thank those that reviewed this product previously as your reviews determined my purchase. This quilt set is exactly as described and I am very happy with it. It covers the sides of my king mattress and the colors are muted and beautifully blended. I paired it with an ivory ton on tone stripe bedskirt and it looks wonderful. Light weight enough to wash in my washing machine but good substantial weight and appearance.

The quality of this quilt is very good. I purchased two for twin beds in spare room. I love the colors; they are muted but will go with just about anything. They have a nice weight. I just wish they would have been a bit longer and wider which is why I gave only the 4 stars. Overall, I am very pleased with this bed cover.

This set from Greenland Home is called Carmel by Wal-Mart but is made by Greenland Home under the name Blooming Prairie. When you get the set it does say Blooming Prairie. I bought the Queen size for a Queen bed and it fits perfectly. Some people have said it doesn't fit, that it's too long on the sides and not long enough top to bottom. Well, they need to turn the spread around the right way. I have a standard Queen and it's perfect. I do not have extra deep mattresses - mine are standard. The many colors in this quilt allow it to be at home in almost any color scheme. The quilt blocks have cream and white blocks with flowers; there is sage green, light blue, pale yellow, kind of a rose color, tan, lilac, cinnamon. They all go together beautifully. I paired this quilt with an ivory eyelet bedskirt and it looks great. Very good purchase for me.

This quilt is quite different than what I've had before. I use it as a bed spread. I ordered the King size for my queen bed and it has a few extra inches on the length and width which is great. I didn't notice the purple in the picture so was surprised. It is colorful without being too much. The feel is great too.

Thanks to the reviewer who mentioned a bedspread was available, I returned the quilt set, which I liked very much but didn't fit my bed as I wanted. After a further search I found the bedspread, called Blooming Prairie, which is a bit bigger than my old bedspread and would fit just right. Since I knew the guilt looked good in my bedroom I ordered the bedspread set and am truly happy with it. Looks great with my lavendar walls, but would likely look good with any color room. Seems to be very well made and is a nice weight. Definitely would recommend either quilt or bedspread. I love mine!

I redone my master bedroom in Antique Vitorian style, and had looked everywhere for a vintage looking quilt with no luck, typed in handmade quilts online and walmart.com popped up, so i checked out the site not really expecting to find what I was looking for as I had looked at the local store several times without finding what I was looking for. But luckily I found this Carmel Quilt Set, and after reading the reviews decided to order it and am I ever so glad that I did. It is beautiful, the colors are faded just enough to give it a vintage appearance, the weight is perfect, not to heavy but just enough to be comfortable with a blanket for cooler nights and without a blanket for when it warms up. I absolutely love the quilt and the matching shams which are included.. It is made really well, no loose threads anywhere. My husband who couldnt care less about such things, comments about how much he likes this quilt almost every night... I woud def recommend this set to anyone looking for a quilt with a vintage appearance. it's perfect !!!!

Can't say enought good things about this quilt. It is really, like other reviews say "blooming prairie" by Greenland Home Fashions. It is oversized and fits great on my king bed with very thick mattress. I have a full wood frame and do not need a dust ruffle. The price is 1/2 what I found on other websites for the "blooming prairie". I was pleasantly surprized to find I did get
2 King shams and not standard size as the description states. Very nicely made, colors are
spring like soft florals as pic shows.
