Exactly what I expected..,

This Garmin GPS was exactly what I was looking for. It was very simple, practical and inexpensive and most of all the directions were perfect to my destination. I would highly recommend this product to anyone looking for a basic GPS without all the hoopla and added expense. It definitely serves the purpose for which a GPS is intended. This is definitely a 5 star product! The family loves it too!

User Friendly,

I just got the Garmin Nuvi 200 for my boyfriend. It was a great deal. I read tons of reviews online of this garmin and other brands, trying to figure out all of its features and pros and cons and which one I should buy. I think that the best thing about it, is that it is very user friendly. Its very easy to use, and anyone can do it, even if they aren't tech savvy. There are a few features that I wish this garmin had. It does NOT have spoken street names. They aren't necessary, but I got used to having it on my parents older GPS. It also does not have a street level 3D view to show you which lanes to be in on the interstate. Again, it's not really something that is necessary, but I got used to it on an older GPS of the same price. But overall, I have had a very positive experience with this Garmin.

Good for the Price,

After using the nuvi 200, I think I would prefer one that speaks the street names. Also, it seems to take you directions that I know is not right and re-calculates alot. I certainly hope all Garmin products are not like this. But, it is a good GPS for the price.

Quality Unit,

This GPS gets the job done. I used it while moving to a new city in which I knew none of the roads. Thus far, it has performed marvelously. If you are looking for extra features (like posted speedlimits, bluetooth, FM traffic, etc.) look at more expensive models. However if you want a GPS that works great, can find many Points of Interests (food, shopping, fuel, etc.) this is the model for you!
