I have never owned Kodak cameras before so I wasn't really sure what to expect but it's a well known brand so I thought it would be great. I was looking for a good deal as long as it was better then my 2mp one I retired. The screen is big, the pics come out great, and I love all the different modes but sometimes thats confusing still getting used to those. I can fit OVER 2200 pics on a 4gig memory card at full mp!! The batteries are a great bonus. The cons with this though in my experience so far is...
1. Sometimes the camera freezes and it will not shut off I have to open the battery compartment so it goes off then turn it back on. It has done this only 3 times since Ive had it but Ive only had it since Christmas.
2. The case is ok BUT the side of it was tearing down the side at the seams so I just went and bought another case.

I got this item for my girlfriend for Christmas and she calls me and txts me out of the blue JUST to tell me that she loves the camera... (she actually just txt'ed me about 20 minutes ago to tell me).
One thing to note is that when I took her muddin with my truck, my buddy broke down and I had her stand on the bed of the truck and take some action pics of me... They came out blurry but I am not sure if she knows how to use an "action" or "moving" mode on it. Otherwise the still pics are awesome!

During pre-christmas sales and I think it was worth every penny of the $90 that I spent. This is my first digital camera so I can't compare it to another but it is very easy to use and the pictures are great, once I figured out which setting to use in different situations. Otherwise I had some lighting issues. I would recommend this camera, but I would advise to wait for a sale.

I bought this camera for my daughter for Christmas, I was unaware that I had to purchase a memory card in order to take more than 5 pics. I think it should have come with a memory card. She was only able to take 5 pics on Christmas morning. Other than that the camera is fine, it should be able to take more than 5 pics without a memory card and it should be made know so that people who are unaware of this will buy it when purchasing the camera. She was unhappy.

This camera was a gift for my daughter who was on her 3rd digital camera because of carelessness. I thought the price was excellent because of all the extras that was included with it. We purchased this camera kit for our daughter (who's 10) because of what it included for the price. The little camera pouch and battery charger were solid additions. In addition, the camera takes great pictures for the money. Right now,her camera is way better than mine. We will be purchasing another one for us. I just bought this camera for our 9 year old daughter and she was instantly able to figure it out and begin using. It is extremely user-friendly and takes really great pictures. I would recommend getting an additional memory stick right away as there is not much internal memory available but other than that it is a great product for the price!

I bought this as a gift for my 79 year old grandmother. I am not sure if she has used it yet but it was easy for me to set up and take photos. I have an older Canon digital camera that required a chip for storing photos. This Kodak model does not need a chip, however, the user manual does not tell you how many photos you can store without it.
