This is the first product I have used in a long time that tells the truth in its advertisments. I have had this printer for a little over a year and it is in fantastic condition and it prints forever even when the ink is gone it stills prints until there is completely nothing left. My sister has the expensive kodak printer and hers is sitting on the floor out of use right know because it won't print if both color and black cartridges are not full, ha, ha ha! My printer with HP is wonderful and I got it for a steal! Definitely buy this printer!!!!!!

This printer works just fine, however you'll quickly run out of ink due to the VERY SMALL capacity ink cartridges, these will run about $40.00 for the pair. Its cheaper to re-buy the printer than to replace even the small included cartridges!!
The larger (normal size) Color & BW replacement cartridges run approximately $40.00 apiece. They are: HP 60XL (CC641WN) and HP 60XL (CC644WN)

This product worked great for the first month then slowly began to develop problems. I reinstalled it into my computer and never worked the same again. The scanner works great, just not the printer. I guess that's what I get for not wanting to spend a lot of money.

This is a great little printer/scanner for home use. I've had it about 8 months and print or copy at least 1-2 sheets per day.
* I was VERY pleasantly surprised at the lower ink cost, as compared to the other HP printers I've had over the years.
* The copier and scanner are both easy to use--much easier than the old Lexmark it's replacing (which wouldn't work with my new Vista laptop), and it has a much smaller footprint than my old multi-function Lexmark, as well.
* It might not print as clearly as a laser printer and isn't extremely fast, but it meets my needs at home quite nicely.
I would recommend this printer to anyone, but particularly to a home user who prints/scans/copies occasionally and needs to save space.

Printer did a good job, even printed photos acceptable for such an inexpensive printer. The scanner left a lot to be desired when scanning photos. Dark areas of the photos always have some type of moire pattern or compression artifact. I sold the printer because of this and purchased a higher end HP printer/scanner that did not have this issue.

I wanted a printer that could scan and copy...this is the perfect one! The price was very reasonable. I searched other copiers and found this one to be the best! I would highly recommend this product to anyone.Very easy to set up also. The instructions are easy to follow. I will only buy HP products and the price of the ink is very reasonable too! I read reviews so I knew to buy a USB cable separately. Unfortunately that didn't help the fact that the printer had a "fatal error" fresh outta the box. I had to have HP ship a replacement printer. It was frustrating and I had to go for a week longer without a working printer. Now that I have a machine that works it does the job and the price is good for what all it can do.

Product came with a defective ink cartridge. Tedious trips through the various troubleshooting charts with help from HP did not ID the problem. I later bought a new cartridge myself and found the problem. Meanwhile, HP sent me a replacement printer that did not work at all. I wound up keeping the original and just lowered my expectations. At $45 for an all in one unit, what could I expect?

I received the printer, scanner, copier with in four days after ordering .. This printer could not have any easier to install .. I installed it in windows vista premium and it almost took care of everything it's self .. I have used this product for about two weeks and it does everyting it was advertises to do .. It also dose some things I did not expect . Like .. every time you scann something, The printer sends a copy of it to your computer in a my sacnns file, If you need it again it is there to be used .. I RECOMMEND this unit to anyone that wants a good printer and a really good price .. Keep up the good work HP .. and WM .
