Nice looking bedspread for a beach house. Colors are soothing, but fabric quality was a little less than I had expected. Package contained everything needed for the bed, except pillows of course. It was a good deal for the price, and just what I was looking for, especially since it was not available at the store.

I recently purchased the king size Island Shells bed in a bag and within a week, I returned it. This comforter does not even come close to covering my king size bed. It doesn't even fit my queen size bed! I am very disappointed in the sizing and the quality of the material. It wasn't expensive, but I did expect better quality & fit. I probably won't order any more comforters/bed in a bag from Walmart.

Let's start with the positives... *very affordably priced *very attractive pattern/colors (even more than the photos online) *sheets feel nice for 200 thread count *makes very nice decor for a guest room
The negatives... *comforter came out of wash with batting bunched up in many places; affects the way the comforter rests on bed *comforter also came out of wash quite wrinkled...iron a comforter??
Overall, I was quite pleased with what I got for the price I paid. You do "get what you pay for", and this is certainly an economical set. However, it is also very attractive and I think will wear well for the limited use it will get. I wouldn't recommend it for a kids room...fabric is fairly thin and the comforter would probably not hold up well with repeated washing. Otherwise, it's a very nice set to own!

I read all the reviews on the product before I purchased it as I usually do. Several said the comforter did not properly fit their queen size bed. Well it was a great deal so I bought it anyway, the fabric is soft, the colors are beautiful. The comforter is not intended as a winter covering. It is light and with a fan blowing in the room I am still cool. It is perfect for summer, if you want the feel of a blanket but not the warmth of a quilt. Many people are not aware that there is a right and wrong way to place your comforter on your bed. For those who are aware they may have just gotten one that was irregular, because mine fits perfectly. I have a double pillow top queen bed and it is long enough from top to bottom as well as side to side. I am very happy that I did not let other reviews discourage me from purchasing this item.

I was so very disapointed to get my queen sized conforter that was about 5 inches short! I then ordered the king size and that was even shorter, I had to turn it sideways for it to even cover my bed. I am just going to take them both back. They also feel very cheap and when I washed it the filling balled up in some spots and looks lumpy. It is a beautiful set, but would just not work for me.I feel like after a couple of washes it wouldn't be any good.

I purchased this product for a remolded bedroom, the colors matched the room colors and it is done in fish and shells . The sheets, pillow cases, bed shams, and bed dust ruffle fit great and look nice. then you have the comforter that does not fit the bed. It is way to small. It is suppose to be 86x86 and it measures 82x82 so you can imagine how it looks on a Queen size bed. So if you want it to look like it was made for the bed don't purchase this product.

flimsy lighter weight comforter. Barely overhangs a standard KING size bed. We were looking for something beachy to put in a rental condo and this will suit our needs but the quality is pretty bad. About what you'd expect for $50?
