We love this playard! Although I was hesitant to buy something online, we are very happy with our purchase. It is just as great as we had hoped it would be when we saw it online. There were only 3 things that would have made our purchase experience perfect. The first one has to do with the online purchasing process and the other two are about the product itself... First, the website only allows you to use 4 gift cards. We were planning to buy this completely using gift cards we had gotten from a baby shower, however we ended up having to use some of our own money... not because we didn't have enough in gift cards, but because the site wouldn't allow us to enter them all... disappointing, but it probably won't stop us from purchasing something online in the future. Second, the music/vibration box thing on the playard was a little hard to figure out. It wasn't as easy to turn on as the instructions said it was... however, after letting our kids push buttons on it, they uncovered the right combination, and we've got it down... it works great once we figured it out. Finally, when I was putting the playard together, I had to take it apart and redo a couple of sections as I went along because the directions did not make it clear at the beginning that the way you put the rods, mat, etc mattered... however, once I got towards the end of construction, I discovered I'd put some things on backwards... I had to retrace my steps and start over. Not a huge deal though as it only added about 10 minutes to the whole process... but being 9 months pregnant in hot, hot June made me irritable about it at the time. :) Overall, this is a great product, though and we are glad we bought it!

This playard is the best money can buy. it has everything: Diaper dispernser, above the diaper dispenser there is a place for your box with wipies & on the sides above the diaper dispenser are 2 holders for baby powder, diaper rash cream etc. etc. in other word its a whole baby changing station.

I bought this for my new grandchild and it is perfect. The second floor is great for the newborn, you don't have so far to go to lay her down. She loves looking at the mobile while I change her. I have plenty of storage and the, (not sure what it is called so I will call it) battery operated music/vibrating music box is perfect for her. I can put it on vibrate and music and she goes right out. I have only had this for one month and am so glad I got this.

The main problem I have with this playard is the instructions. The tell you to lift up the ends by putting your hands on each side of the middle. And doesn't tell you not to press the middle down until all sides are locked. My son & I tried to put it together and we are both normally very good at this type of thing but could not get the top and bottom to snap in place.
My daughter came over the next day before I had a chance to take it back and she put it up with no problem because she had one also and said the instructions. That you should lock all sides into position before pressing the center down. Had it not been for her I would have returned a perfectly good Playard saying it was defective. Someone needs to look at the instructions and redo them. Also there a video on your site of this Playard and the woman tells you all about the features but doesn't show how to put it together. That would have been nice.

This is a beautiful playard/bassinet. I love it but for having to fold it and put it back twice a week is a little complicated and time consuming. For people that can leave it up all the time is perfect!

In the words of my dad...it's the 'cadillac' of pack and plays! We love the color and all of the add ons that are included. It will be our go-to for the downstairs...once this lil boy arrives. I searched and searched online through hundreds of other playpens (and read tons of reviews) and am completely satisfied with the one we chose.

The bassinet portion is roomy to accommodate growing baby. The plus side of the bassinet is it has breathable mesh surrounding the bed. The flip away changing table is convenient and sturdy. This 3 in 1 set is perfect! It has a place for diapers, lotion, and all of you daily needs for the baby. Knowing all the functions, I love it and I wouldn't have picked anything else.

One side of the playard would not stay locked in place and it kept collapsing on itself. Then once I tried to collapse it all down the opposite side wouln not collapse back down to go in the box. It was the worst purchase Ive ever made!

It says easy to assemble an disassemble but its NOT! Its REALLY hard to get down and even more complicated to get up. The sides are hard to click into place. Not even 6 months after purchase, the mesh on the sides started to tear and its hard to get any stains off it. The side diaper hanger is flimsy and falls off constantly and the whole thing wobbles like its weak. It served its purpose but not for long. Not worth the money.

Design and features are great. I especially like the rolling front wheels, which makes it very convenient to move around the room. The color and material are great. The only suggestion I would make is to work on the clamps that hold the materials in place. Maybe use snaps instead of plastic clamps, which I think would hold up better in the long run.

Overall this is a great buy. Very attractive for baby furniture and seems quite sturdy. Only complaint is the changing table, which was a main feature I was looking for in this product. It doesn't naturally lay entirely flat, so you have to really push down one side of the table each time or the baby rolls to one edge. Not an entire deal-breaker, but not the best engineering ever. Overall I would buy again though.

I absolutely love this product! It's a little big for the space we have and it was missing one small part for the changing table but its totally worth it, it looks great and looks real sturdy, I'm still expecting so haven't used yet but it looks like it will definitely last a long time! It's easy to put together if you read directions first . Great buy and would recommend it to anybody!
