The Acer netbook is a great buy!! Our family purchased 3 within 2 weeks. I got one first after much research for a new laptop. This had all the features -- storage capacity, crystal brite screen, usb & SD card slots that I needed PLUS it fits in my purse. That is a great feature as I have 3 teens so I spend a lot of time waiting to pick up or sitting at sporting events. I own my own business, as well as help my husband with a business and work outside of the home and transfer files between work stations easily with flash drives or SD cards. I bought the pink netbook packaged with LaCie portable DVD drive. I am in business!! Hubby got blue and teen son got black version. Size of keyboard not a problem for my husband who has large hands. Thought size of screen might be an issue for him but the crystal clarity makes it much easier to view files and internet content. Son loves webcam for FACEBOOK. Woud recommend to others.

I think this has been the best purchase ever! I bought a pink one for myself and a blue one for my 13 yrl old brother and he loved it. It is so light and the screen is small but not uncomfortable. I like that I can put in my purse and go. Battery lasts about 3 hours and you can take it anywhere wireless connections are available. I definately recommend this for any age.

The colors of the laptops are fun and simple. After we ordered a blue one not even a day later we ordered a white one. The blue one is for our 7 year old little boy and the white one if for when we travel for movies and things bc at this price it won't matter if it gets left anywhere. We have other pc's and laptops for business and such. These are just for goofing around. Just if you put too much on it like anyother technology, it's gonna get slow. Overall they're adorable and easy to use.

I was looking for a netbook to take with me when I head to Wyoming for the summer. I read several reviews of the Acer Aspire and thought it would be a good investment. How wrong I was. Right out of the box the left click button did not want to work. A friend of mine was able to navigate the Windows set-up without having to use the left click but I'm still having issues with the keyboard. The letters will capitalize themselves, even though I haven't touched the shift or caps lock keys. The period key will randomly quit working. I kept it over the weekend to see if the "bugs" would work themselves out but they aren't, so it's back to the store with my Acer.

I purchased an Acer PC for the portability. I am a hospice on call nurse. I loaded a spreadsheet program and word processing program on it. I use it to keep my notes and logs for work. It is wonderful. Prior to buying the Acer, I bought the first generation Asus EEE. The Acer is much more user friendly. The keyboard is more cclosely designed to match larger laptops. The screen is larger. The Acer just has it hands down. I've recommended this wonderful little gadget to many, many people.

This mini notebook was the best thing I could find for the money I could afford. I was scared that it would become my worse choice but it became the best ever!!! I love it better than my desktop. I bought it for my 14 yr old and she's in love with it, so its hard to borrow. :) It runs fast with all types of programs open and the size of the screen doesnt seem to matter, you dont have to squint at the screen. The best part is how easy it is to handle. I love this netbook and I most definitely will buy another. To all the single mothers/fathers or students trying to stay within a budget? Great product for the money!!!

This computer is compact, attractive, easy to use and very effective for a mini-laptop. It is not as fast as more powerful laptops but is fast enough to effectively surf the internet and handle routine computer projects, such as word processing and typical spreadsheets using microsoft office. My 17 year old daughter uses this computer and it is easy to carry in her backpack or from room to room in the house. At a cost of approximately $300, it is outstanding value.

I got this computer for my anniversary I used it maybe a total of 5 times at the most in the 2 days I had it. I loved it. I loved this Laptop before I even got it. But to my disappointment the key board stopped working the second day I had it. It's a good thing it comes with a 1 year warranty. I suggest buying the 2 year warranty though.

I bought two for my pre-teens they love them. I hate they ran out of pink. My daughter likes the pearl blue and my son is using the white. My children won't do anything else but play games with the camera and internet surfing. They have extra stuff to use with the usb ports. Very light weight great color in a 8 inch screen. They don't need the cd rom, they can download whatever they need off my home network through wifi. I like the price wish I could have got one for myself but I have a bigger laptop.

Love my ABLUEA (nickname for ACER). Just got it hooked up with wireless internet in the house. Bought a $10 Logitech Optical Mouse which the Acer recongnize soon as I plugged it in. I take it with me everywhere I go now. It fits so nicely in my purse. The purse holds my mouse in one pocket, cell phone and a pen in the other pocket and the mini w/adaptor fits nicely in main section. I have it all. Screen is bright and clear even being a little small i find it pretty easy on the eyes. definitely recommend for travelers.

I'm 100% happy with the decision I made to buy this laptop. This computer is just the right size to carry around. Granted, the hard drive storage is not very big, but that is what SD cards and external drives are for; my desktop holds most of my music and videos anyway. I gave this 4 stars for the cost but that's just because college students are typically strapped for cash; at $330 the price was just right. The other students living in my dorm were impressed when they saw my new comp:) The one downside to this is the lack of Microsoft word, although it comes loaded with a trial version. Anyway, I wholeheartedly recommend that anyone looking for a low priced yet very useful laptop buy this one!

I bought this netbook for myself but my wife LOVES it so much she gave me her brand new Dell 15.4" laptop which is nice, but not as practical as the Acer One Blue. We're not into gaming so this little speed demon does everything the big guys do. Pick up a USB 2.0 CD/DVDRW for about sixty bucks and you can put your other computers on the shelf. I can see standard laptops and notebooks becoming obsolete when people see what they can do with netbooks like the Acer. And, with 120-160GB HD which aren't even available on the Dell, HP, etc, Acer has itself a winner!
