Several months ago my wife and I were told that we were going to be great grand parents is July. When I checked the My Little Lamb Cradle Swing on Walmart.com we decided that this is what we would get for him. Today I checked again and saw that the price went up so I decided to order it now and have it sent to the mother to be "Kayla" in North Carolina. With all the good reviews I am sure our new great grand son will enjoy it.

This is an awesome swing. Bought it second hand for my daughter, she wasn't expected so we weren't prepared and had given away all her big brothers baby things. She has loved it from day 1 and so have we. It folds nicely to be put up out of the way and the sheep and activities on the tray keep her happy and engaged for hours. When she went not the hospital at 7 weeks with late onset gbs it was a life saver! She slept in it because it was the only way she could get comfortable with an IV line In her scalp. I say buy it! Great investment. I wanted me for her brother but could never find one for him.

I got this swing for my son and use it on a regular basis. He LOVES it but unfortunately the motor went out and it hasn't even been 3 months. It's sad that I have to return it already because it is one of the only things he will sit in. One thing I wish I would have known before I bought it: It only takes batteries. It would be nice to be able to have the convenience of plugging it in for the sake of always needing to be stocked on batteries. However, if this swing were still working then it would get a rave review.

It has great features, is soft, comfy and very attractive. It is on the larger size so you need some room. One negative is that if you use it every day it eats batteries.

Our 5 month old granddaughter loves this swing. Has a lot of nice features that you can use all together or separately. The only thing I wish it had is an AC adapter. Uses batteries up fairly quickly.

First off, the description for this swing says that it has an AC adapter, that is FALSE! It does NOT come with an AC adapter. Not sure why it claims it does. Other than that my wife and I are happy with the swing. Our daughter does very well in it.

This swing was really easy to put together, Soft and lots of swing/music/visual options that I love! The only thing wrong was online it said it had an option to plug in which it does not. I called Fisher Price and they said they would be changing the description. There is a Little Lamb Premium swing (only sold at Toys R Us.com) but that one is $80 more so were gonna stick with this swing and just get some rechargeable batteries. Overall I am very pleased with this swing and I can't wait to use it with our 5th baby.

I purchase this swing for my son whose 6 weeks. The music is annoying and the motor is noisy. I thought about taking it back to the store but it helps when Im busy doing housework and I can't hold him right then.

I fully recommend this product to anyone. It's great for learning, playing and to help your little one sleep. My baby will nap in his swing for 3 hours and beyond if I let him. I love the fact that in this swing, he has something to focus on such as the mobile. I even seen him playing with the little lambs attached to the mobile. It's also soft and i bekieve thay helps promote the sleep and keeps them very snug. I also LOVE the harness on this swing. If you so not get this item, you are definitely missing out.

An awesome cradle/swing! Comfortable and sootheing just as it says! My baby loves it and falls asleep in it every time because of the calming soothing sounds and plush seat, he always has a very rested nap and is happy go lucky when he wakes up! The best product I bought for him yet! Just wish they had a replica of a jumper cause that's gonna be our next purchase.

I thought it could be plugged in so I was somewhat disappointed when I realized it didn't have that capability. However my little grandson as a newborn was sleeping in this all night, so it worked wonderful. The batteries lasted all week while he was here.

This swing is incredible. It is extremely soft & sturdy. My daughter can sit in it for ever watching the mobile go around & watching herself in the mirror. The cricket noise is amazing. It soothes her so fast. This swing is like a baby sitter for me when I'm trying to clean the house. It's big and takes up some space but for me I'd rather have something big and sturdy to put my baby in then something little and flexible that I would fear she'd get hurt in. It does drain batteries pretty quickly depending on the brand of battery you buy and how often you use it but in my opinion it's worth it if it keeps my baby calm. It is simply an amazing product.

This swing is definately the Cadillac of Baby Swings. All my children either just had or is having a baby and I bought this for each one of them. I'd recommend this swing to everyone or the bunny swing that is also from Fisher Price. The bunny swing has all the same features except it gives you the option of using either batteries or plugin. I like the My Little Lamb better because of the color in the seat and it has different animals on the mobile - the bunny has all the same and the seat has a yellow color that I just don't care for. However, the batteries run out pretty fast, depending how often your baby uses it, so have size D batteries in stock at all times. I wish this swing was available when I had my children.

Buy the SnugaBunny, not the Lamb

All of the reviews about the motor being bad on this swing are true. I assembled this swing (which was very easy to put together), added batteries, and turned it on. Not only was this swing very loud, but it sounded like the motor was already dying. I thought that maybe I had old batteries, so I opened up a brand new pack. Same thing still happened. I returned the swing and purchased the SnugaBunny instead (still Fisher Price...it's the newer version of the My Little Lamb swing). Everything that was wrong with the Lamb Swing, was supposed to be fixed with the SnugaBunny. The SnugaBunny swing not only took batteries, but had an AC adapter that plugged into the wall as well. The legs were much sturdier because they added a bar across the back and there are still two seat positions just like with the Lamb swing. Both swings also swing from side-to-side and front-to-back. If you look on Walmart.com, both swings are the same price. I recommend buying the SnugaBunny swing, not the My Little Lamb swing. It is much quieter and the motor works great for me! If you find the price higher in the store (like I did), simply show the cashier the online price and they'll match it for you.
