This product did nothing for me! In fact, it made me constipated!!!!! Maybe it worked for someone else, but it did not work at all for me!!!!!! Will be trying something else!!!!!

this wasn't at all what i was expecting. i was hoping to have regular bowel movements more "naturally". this product (for me) does not meet that expectation. i do better with a stool softener daily. will not be buying this again.

I didn't know from reading it online, that these were pills. If I knew it was pills I wouldn't have brought it. I don't want to take 3 pills a night, because that's how many I had to take for it to work for me. I won't be buying this again.

I refer to myself as an "irregular". I need assistance if you know what I mean. This product is GREAT. I take it every night before bed and in the morning I have done what I needed to. I had read all these reveiws, some positive some negative so before ordering and I had some doubts but the ingredients list looked pretty solid to me so I went ahead and ordered it. Now I've been using this product for one day and let me tell you this is FANTASTIC!..I took three caps yesterday afternoon and this morning after one sip of my usual strong black coffee I felt a rumbling in my lower bowels and ran for the bathroom..WHAAOOOH horsey!..Let me say I am deeply impressed!..Had to run to bathroom again an hour ago and my lower loins are feeling cleaned out today!..Don't believe the negative nags, this product ROCKS people! I'll be using 3 caps daily forever because I love this Sanar...And for 7 bucks and free shipping you won't find a better product at any price anywhere. These gelcaps go down easy compared to those Psylium husk drinks that taste horid and expand in your stomach, yuk! I love SANAR! Thanks Walmart.

I Love this product. I just happened upon it and it works wonderfully. No side effects and I showed it to my doctor and he said it was save to use every day. Speaking from someone who DOES read reviews, let me say this, each person experiences different things for every product purchased and has different opinions. I have always used the product Dual Action Cleanse, the one that's advertised on TV and it worked well. I decided to try something different because the price of the Dual Action was $23.00 a box. I did a colon cleanse search and found this product. I thought, no way is this gonna be good, it's only six dollars and change, but wow, was I wrong!!! This works better that the Dual Action. I take 2 pills at night and in the next day I have at least 3 bowel movements. All of which are the way we should have them, without going into detail. I feel even lighter, just completely "emptied". I would say that drinking many liquids during the course of the day helps "go more often" so to those who say they didn't have a good experience, try drinking way more than you usually do, to help flush yourself out. I'll never spend the money on Dual Action again, I will gladly spend $6 bucks for this wonderful product!!!

I have always struggle with stomach problems and irregularity and using this product after just one dossage It WORKS! its great to feel my stomack empty and not bloaded all the time and uncofrtable. I had no pain the dossage is at night so it works prefect.

Take one tablet on Friday night and works great on Saturday morning. I repeat the same steps for Saturday evening one tablet and work wonders for the weekend. I only need one tablet two days a week and I love the results that I have.
