It's a great value. It's not as strong as most sharp cheddars, but for that price I could care less. It definitely has the same consistency as Kraft's cheddar as well.
I use it all the time. If I had one complaint it's the size. I would prefer a larger block of cheese for an even better value.

I don't think sharp cheddar cheese is supposed to be the same consistency as processed cheese. Not to mention it's about the same flavor as well. I can't even eat this on it's own. I'm very disappointed with Great Value, because I've never had a store brand cheese let me down before. I would not recommend anyone to buy this cheese.
