It won't melt in the oven... Lesson learned: don't buy this "cheese". There should be a zero star rating level for this stuff.

As soon as I opened the bag it smelt rancid, I looked at the cheese and I saw it was covered in a fine white fuzz. The best before date is 2011 AL 26, the date today is December 28 2010. This is unacceptable.
