I've been taking lipozene for the past nine days and I have ost about ten pounds. Its so simple, just take 2 capsules with a glass of water about 30 minutes or so before you eat and that's it. The only thing that I was unhappy with was that I felt the advertisement was a bit misleading as far as how many days supply you are actually buying. While you do get 2 bottles with 30 capsules in each bottle---- you are supposed to take 2 before each meal... so if you only eat twice a day-- then yes, you are buying a 30 day supply... however, if you are eating 3 times a day... you are taking 6 capsules a day and that only lasts you 10 days.
I started out taking 6 caps the first few days, however when my appetite and stomach started to shrink, I only needed to eat twice a day and am now only taking four capsules per day.
I have to tell you; I honestly DID NOT THINK THEY WOULD WORK... but it turns out that I was surprisingly wrong... :) THEY WORK...

I have been taking this product for just under two weeks. I have lost four pounds and one inch off from my waist. I take two pills twice daily with my two bigger meals. Going to keep on taking it for another two weeks to see what happens. I have personally had zero side effects from this product. Hope it works for others out there that need to lose a lot of weight. I have been carrying an additional 60 to 80 lbs for 3 years. I gained all this weight in the beginning of menopause. I don't eat alot & really don't induldge in junk food so why this weight seemed impossible to lose was beyond my understanding. I have tried numerous weight loss products along with excercise and limiting my diet to fruits and vegetables with minimal red meat. My weight would not budge, not even the normal 5 lbs of fluctuation. I got to the point where I had to laugh at weight loss commercial and could not stand the Lipozene commercial that ran all night. About a month ago I was at Walmart shopping and saw a display of Lipozene on my way to the register. Walmart offered a better price than the TV commercial, I could afford it and said I've got nothing to lose but $20. for 2 bottles. Well, I was wrong, I did have something to lose--YIIIPPPPPEEEEE a whole 18 lbs is gone. I can't begin to tell you how excited I am and HOPEFUL. I just found out about my weight loss last night so tonight I went and got a few more bottles.

I would highly recommend this product. I've been taking Lipozene for about a month now and have lost 10 lbs. This has given me the motivation to continue my weight loss.

This stuff actually works! It's nothing dramatic but I actually lost weight with it. I tested it out by stopping using it and I stopped losing the weight. I lose an average of 2 to 3 pounds a week with this product. I have tried other products and none worked. This one actually does what it says. Sort of expensive, you get a 2 weeks supply for your money. But well worth the cost.

My girlfriend and I picked this up in the store the other day, to go along with a new weight-loss regimen of diet and exercise we're trying, and of course, we bought it without bothering to research it. I'm sure Lipozene and other similar product manufacturers are counting on that.
Turns out, Lipozene's only notable ingredient is Glucomannan, an appetite suppressant which, in *actual* clinical studies, showed an average weight loss of 5.5 pounds over 60 days, simply due to a lowered appetite and subsequent lower calorie intake.
Lipozene's recommended daily dosage is two pills before every meal, three times a day. This "2 bottle bonus pack" contains enough doses for ten days. To achieve the average 5.5 pounds of weight loss shown in clinical studies, you'd need six "bonus packs" of these pills. Hardly something that could be considered a "value" by any stretch of the imagination.
Everyone's looking for that quick, easy weight loss fix. Maybe one day we'll find one, but it sure won't be Lipozene.

I have been taking this religiously for 4 months now. I have not lost ! pound. i watch what I eat I exercise and drink 15 bottles of water a day. I did a colon cleanse before I started it. I have been checked oout by a Dr. and nothing is medically wrong with me so I am sorry but it didn't work for me.

Finished one bottle, lost 1/2 pound (yea) yet another diet product that didn't work for me and I followed directions and cut food intake (I really don't eat that much to start with). I was hungrier before my next meal after taking these pills than I am not taking these pills. These pills never made me feel full so I wouldn't be so hungry before my next meal.
I guess the only way to really lose the pounds is the hard way- for me excercise by faithfully walking 1/2 hour everyday on my treadclimber. Did that a few years ago and lost 10 pounds.
DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!

Lipozene: first, overcharged on phone order frm TV. Next, hubby lost only 5# in over 3 wks & wifey lost a big fat ZERO, even tho' we both took it along with the booster (not mentioned on TV; cost extra; credited as being necessary in the phone ad & in the received package). Returning for credit, not happy with whole experience.

i have not tried lipozene yet but want to because of the benefits with diabetes. anyway im a huge reveiw reader of products before i buy it and at this moment am wondering if anyone has done research on this product. its for obese adults. also you have to remember everyones bodys are different an if youve tried different products that still dont work try talking to a dr your body may just not work with these products.everyone has their opinions on things an im ok with that as i hope you are with mine. i just have to wonder before everyone gets made an start hating prducts think about if its your body not the product because i mean its fda approved which means it has to work to get approved. but thats just my opinion.. have a nice night

This was a horrible idea. I wish I could get my money back. I workout 2-3 times a week, watch calories daily and never once saw a pound shed. Dont even waste your time with this product!

The only thing good about this product is it's price; sort of. If you follow the suggested intake of the product each box only contains 10 days worth; and not everyone has $60 a month to spend on diet pills. After trying diet and exercise to lose weight with absolutely no progress I decided to give this a try because it says you lose pure body fat. Well, so far I've been taking it for almost a week and all it's done is make me extremely sick. No matter how much I drink I am unable to feel hydrated so my mouth is constantly dry. Also, all it has done for me so far is give me massive diarrhea which I have had for 3 days now. If I wanted a product that would do that to me I would just take laxatives! Some of you are probably thinking; "well maybe you just have the flu or some other stomach virus" and I'm going to continue to take Lipozene until this first box is gone and see where it leads me in feeling sick. I do know that I will not be purchasing this product again though because I'm just not financially stable enough to spend $60 per month in diet pills.

Ok, so I tried this product after a failed experience with other diet pills. I am almost 30 years old, and I walk every day. So, I went to walmart and picked up this product thinking it was another one. I took it as instructed 2x a day, drink plenty of water, and still almost a month later, nothing, no weight loss at ALL!! NONE!
I am definitely not buying this again! I am going to remember the name of this one and go for the one I wanted in the first place!

I tried this product and also worked out at least 3 times a week. I lost no weight. I actually kept gaining weight. I wish someone would make a diet product that actually does help you lose "pure body fat." Guess I will try Alli.

I used this product for about a month and a half, I lost over three sizes. I was in a size nine to twelve depending on the brand and I can fit into a size five to six now, depending on the brand. It really is worth it. I have about thirty more pounds to go and I plan to lose them with Lipozene.
