Very useful shelf design

This shelf is very useful to me. I have the option of placing a wood shelf on it to use in future if needing a flat shelf. Currently, I am using it to hold an item in the garage that I needed to get off the floor but is hard to hang. This design allows me to hook the item on the component shelf arms. I found this to be very sturdy and a great price.

When upgrading from a 32" TV on a stand to a 46" TV mounted on the wall, we needed a place for our components. Bought this to mount a Comcast HD DVR sitting on top of a Samsung DVD player on our wall. Both of those together weigh about 14 pounds. This holds them both like a champ.
Installation was easy. There is just enough room behind the boxes for cables and connections.
I thought the extending rubber "legs" that hold the components would be a bit longer but they are fine, they do the job.

I needed a small mount for my dvd player in my bedroom. It worked perfectly. Adjustable, doesn't stick to far out from the wall, the only downfall is it does not hide the wires.

Excellent shelf!
Easy to install and set up. Just make sure the Plugs and screws are in tight. Its holding up my Dvd, Cable box and My Bose Wave system.

The Ready-Set-Mount DVD/DVR Component Shelf is adjustable for width, takes very little space and is strong enough with out bending. I just wish the arms to hold the component were a little wider for piece of mind. It works though. I like it. I am using for a cable box. The arm width has nothing to do with Walmart.

I received my shelf box, and it was missing the hard wear package needed for assembly, and the covers that hide the screws holding it to the wall. I'm not happy with the product at all

Great product! Easy to install! This unit has the ability to adjust the width so if you have a small or large width device to mount this shelf will hold it.
Installed easily with metal & wooden studs. All metal construction should last a long time.

I purchased (3) of these on line to mount my components. Assembly was simple however they were supposed to come with 2 rubber sleeves on each arm and only one of the three had all of the rubber sleeves.
My mistake: I was forced to space them further apart than I desired due to the cover plates that slide over the wall bracket (to cover the screws). They slide on from the top and bottom. You will see what I mean once you start mounting them.
One other thing. The Receiver is by far the largest and the heaviest component I have. The shelf is handling the weight okay but the size, not so much. I do not trust it.

For the price, this can't be beat. I have a DVD player with my Comcast cable box on top of the DVD player on this unit.
The only added feature that I would like would be something to help with cable management, a strap or a tube or something.

Mounts easily. Instructions are easy to follow. Looks Great. The only negative is screws provided are cheap and flimsy. Bolts that you can rachet in should be provided.

Nice product. Unit installs easily, all hardware is included and its range of adjustment for different size DVR boxes is good. This unit will fit close to the ceiling for those who want the box above the TV. Great value, would recommend.
