I am totally pleased with my purchase. The dining set arrived on the date it was suppose to arrive. It was really packed well, hence the reason for the huge box. We were able to get the box into a large SUV. It took my son less than 2 hours to put the set together. It looks great in my kitchen

I was pleased with this table set. Everywhere I looked chairs cost about $75 a piece, so at this price it was like getting the table for free! It was easy enough to assemble, sturdy, and looks very nice. My only concern is that the tabletop seems it might scratch/scuff easily. It may not be ideal for a household that has a lot of wear and tear. Otherwise I'm happy with it!

I just want to say that I read every review on this page and still hesitated to buy this table becuase you never really know what you are going to get. But the fact of the matter is it is exactly what it looks like, I was scared that it would be way to small but it is not at all it is the perfect size. You could say that I am kind of a snob and this table looks like I got it at pottery barn. My only concern is the top of the table getting scracthed up but since I got a table and four chairs for only 257 dollars please that is the least of my worries. My husband and I are very impressed and Love Love Love the table!

This table is exactly what it appears to be - a simple yet sophisticate dining table ideal for 1-2 people. It fits 4 but don't count on it for everyday (tight). It was time consuming to assemble though. Lots of pieces. And it comes in a huge box so plan accordingly.

I LOVE this set! I purchased it yesterday and I was actually able to put it together all by myself. The quality of the chairs and table is sturdy, so much better than I expected. Since we are in the military we move around a lot; I didn't want to spend a lot of money on a set that would just be torn up. I knew it had to be sturdy enough to handle the rough treatment: THIS IS THE SET!!! Thanks Walmart, for offering GREAT QUALITY AT AN AWESOME PRICE!!!

This was my second Walmart dining set (the first was the counter height wooden set used for another room and it is sturdy and beautiful!) and I wanted a different style for this part of the house. I assembled the table per directions and everything went very well. The chair parts were laid out and assembled per directions. Everything is sturdy because of the high quality hardware and the lock washers. I will purchase some coordinating chair seat cushions soon and get some nail on tips or glides for each chair leg. I couldn't be more satisfied with this dining set for this price and I really searched for a while before making a decision!

the bolts to put the table top on the pedalstal are 2 short and break very easily. i ended up having to screw the top on with wood screws that i had laying around but it does the job. decent i guess. looks good at least.
