I got this product for my son for Christmas.....This product worked well for awhile and then the electronic eye quit working and always says that there is no dvd in the machine.......This is a small problem for this product when all it supposed to do is play a dvd.....ooppss....Now we are making a four hour trip with no DVD PLAYER.......BIG HEADACHE!!!! Thanks

I have been very pleased with this DVD player. In fact, we liked it so much, we bought a replacement when our first one was stolen out of our vehicle. Note: do not leave out in the open in your car!! Not a bright idea. Anyway, for an inexpensive DVD player, it has a large 8 inch screen that has a great picture. It's very easy to operate, too. My only advice is to buy an AC/DC converter if you're plannng on using it in your car. The internal battery only lasts about 2 hours, so we just plug ours in using the power cord, and it's good to go.

There is no "Pause" function and the volume leaves a lot to be desired. Also the battery doesn't hold a charge to even complete one short movie. With only a 110vac plug-in it also is not very "portable."

This DVD player works just as well as more expensive ones we have had in the past. The battery works well and last for a few hours. My only disappointment is that it did not come with a car charger. Other than that I have no complaints.

Got this for my son for Christmas in 2008. Charged it, got it ready for ride and on the first trip the volume didn't turn up at all. Couldn't even hear it with head phones on. Then, when it got sunny out you could not see the screen. Wal-mart was very good about taking it back and I bought an 8" RCA. Working great so far. Just goes to show, you get what you pay for!!

Not the value I expected and defective. I returned this item after the 1st day of using due to a black line about 1 inch from the top of the screen. This player did not come with a car charger or remote as many others do. Spend $10 more and get a different one.

Doesn't come with car charger, internal battery shelf life isn't as good as it says. Only played for half hour before having to plug it in to the wall. The RCA jacks are for output play only, and not for input such as for game consoles. Other then that, it's a great compact DVD player. Plays DVDs with good clarity.
