I love this product for hot flashes. Which is the reason I take it everyday. I don't find that it helps me sleep or gives me energy during the day. That's why I only gave it a four star. Two weeks and my hot flashes where gone completely. I think it's a little pricey, but worth ever penny. I was hoping it would give me more energy and help me sleep better, but haven't seen any improvement there, so it only gets a 3 for expectations.

this product helps with my menopausal symtoms AND also i have epilepsy and these are ingredients prescribed by a naturepath physician for my seizures.! it works for me and my type i have.
may not be for others with same condition. you must have Dr.'s approval to use.But i am very upset that not one Walmart is re-stocking this product. GET IT BACK! please

I have been taking this product for 7 years and it works great. The PM formula has a really bad smell but I consider this a small price to pay for a great night sleep. I do however have a issue with always being out of stock. I just purchased 3 boxes of this supplement yesterday but have been out for about a month. I was traveling a lot during this time so had the oppurtunity to look in several different Walmarts in 4 different states with the same results. None in stock!! Why do you continue to run out of this product?

This was the worst Black Cohost I have ever purchased, I have been using this product for over five years, not this brand but this product, and when I opened this package it has a horrible stinch

I have been using this product to relieve hot flashes since I had a hysterectomy 3+ years ago. It is AMAZING!!!!! It works even better than the $20+ name brand hormone relief pills. I have tried the others only when Walmart's shelf was bare. I have since learned I can order it online through Walmart.com and now I'll never have to use the inferior brands again! This Spring Valley formula is the bomb! I rarely have any hot flashes anymore. Thank you Walmart for carrying this product and for making it available online (at an even cheaper price!!).

This is an excellent escape from the power surges I have experienced. At one point, I could not find the product, so I tried a different version. The hot flashes returned within a week. I was then able to locate this at my local Wal Mart, and was I relieved!! Within 2 weeks of taking this supplement, the hot flashes disappeared. I still wake up at night a couple of times, but am able to get back to sleep now. THank you Spring Valley for this daytime/nighttime black cohosh!

Is there something happening with this product? I have not been able to find this product in any of the Walmart stores that I have looked in over the last month or so. Is it being taken off the market?. It's the only product that has been able to help me. Even looking on line, most stores are out of it or have a limited amount left in the stores. If it's being discontinues, is there something else that is replacing it? Thank you

I have used Black Cohosh for years and alone it is very effective in controlling hot flashes. The Daytime formula offered works well for me. The NightTime formula give me a splitting headache. I cannot take Valerian. Our local Wal-Mart(the only place we have to shop) has not carried straight Black Cohosh for over a month. The Daytime and Nighttime formula should be offered seperately.
