My husband and I started taking the chocolate whey shakes about a month ago. Because I could not stand the taste with water, I opted for Almond milk and 1 tsp of sugar free nestle quick powder in my shake. We do 2 shakes per day along with running every afternoon 6 days per week and going to the gym for about 35-40 mins afterwards. The results have been wonderful. I am not big on wanting to have muscles as I am very feminine and had to put the scale away because with muscle weighing more than fan, that concept for women seeing a higher number on a scale takes some getting use to. Overall the definition in my legs and buttocks are wonderful. We have both lost inches off of our waist and stomachs. I will continue to use this product to help gain more tone and definition along with exercise. Great product

It's been about 15 minutes since I tried to consume this drink (I mixed it with just water)...I still feel like I might puke and I only drank maybe 4oz. I don't know if it tastes better mixed with certain things, but I knew as soon as I tasted it that it had sucralose in it. I cannot stomach artificial sweeteners one bit. Hope I can find a good tasting one without artificial sweeteners :/ Waste of money, no idea what I'm gonna do with all this now.

Great product, great price. I buy the chocolate and mix a full scoop in about 14 oz. of 2% milk. I add roughly 2 table spoons of chocolate syrup. I shake it up well, let it sit for about 2 minutes and drink. If you don't let it sit for a couple minutes, or just stir it, it will have a grainy texture. Shaking it then letting it sit for 2 minutes lets everything dissolve and it's a smooth drink. I haven't tried the other flavors - I'm a chocoholic. I've used it for several years and will continue to do so.

I've been using the Whey Protein for a while now as a complete protein and to help me gain muscle after my workouts. With the right routines, lifestyle/nutrition, it will help repair and rebuild your muscles after a strenuous routine.
Mixes fast in water, makes good high protein iced cream mixes and yogurt bars. Also good when tossed on homemade popcorn :D
All around, a great buy especially if you get bulk and find it on sale.

Have tried other varieties of protein mix, and this is my favorite so far. Product does what it advertises, and actually gives you more protein per serving than other brands sold in Walmart stores, but what I've not seen mentioned a lot is the taste. Don't know about others, but I always go into new products like this with high expectations for results, but not expecting much in regards to taste. This protein powder, however, has, at least to me, a much better taste than some of the other brands. Definitely recommend!

Have read a lot of negative comments about taste. It tastes ok, but some may not like the grittiness it has after hand shaking. Have not tried a blender, but it may be smoother then.

I was weighing about 120 lbs, trying to gain weight. I love working out but i wanted more muscle weight so I started taking WHEY Protein. I am very happy with the results. Now I weigh 133 lbs and I'm getting buffer each day. This Protein really works. Plus the chocolate taste is delicious! I definitely recommend this if your trying to gain more muscle weigh :)

Don't let the price fool you; this is good whey protein. I bought this for the price, but I don't think it's inferior to the other whey products out there. Whey is whey, so it's performance is no different than other products containing whey - mind you, different companies add extra additives to their products, but for the price, Body Fortress Super Advanced Whey Protein sells for - it can't be beat! Be sure to take your way minutes after you finish your work out to maximize whey's benefits.
As far as taste - it taste good. I use water, but not a lot of water. I prefer my shakes thick, plus it settles in the stomach as one mass and no diluted. I think it's easier on the digestive system.
All in all, this is a good product with an excellent price sold by an outstanding company. I would not hesitate to buy this product again and would urge you to do the same if your looking for whey protein.

I bought this thinking it would help me drop the pounds since I read other reviews about it helping people loose weight. I bought into the "you need protein to help you loose weight" hype! I didn't want to drink it with plain water so I drank 8ouces which ..and half of it was water and the other half was 2%milk with 1 whole scoop of powder. Gained 1 pound. Tried it with plain water the next day with just a half of scoop of powder. Gained a half a pound the next day. It had nothing to do with my calories because I don't even eat that much and lost 5.5lbs in 2weeks before I even tried this stuff. This is GOOD FOR BULKING but NOT GOOD FOR DIETING!! Before I returned it, on the label it said "Do not use for weight reduction"..well there you go.

I'VE TRIED OTHER PROTEIN SHAKE POWDERS. I LOVE THIS ONE BECAUSE IT IS NOT GRITTY. THE TASTE IS SO YUMMY YOU FORGET ITS HEALTHY. I ADD THE POWDER TO 40 CALORIE ALMOND MILK AND IT IS A SUPER LOW CALORIE SHAKE. IT FILLS YOU UP FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS.

I saw some friends at school drinking this and thought I would try it. I had never drank a protein shake before now bought.So i looked around at walmart, sam's, and gnc.GNC was too expensive, samswas not strong enough for my liking, so then I checked walmart and for 15$ I could get two punds, I jumped on it. I love the taste but I think it is a thousand times better than water if you add milk instead.Ilove this.
