This is the best protein for the buck. It has everyhing your body needs for your workout. The only reason it didnt get five stars was because of taste. Cookies-n-cream is the best I have found useing body fortress.

This was my first try at protein shakes. I did tons and tons of research and even after finding this product on Walmart.com, it took me a few more days to make a final decision to place the order. It was worth the wait! I use it about 4 days a week (everytime I work out). I mix it with milk, ice cream, whipping cream and other stuff. I use their body fortress bottle with the strainer which helps to break down and shake it the drink. I ordered 2 strawberry's and a vanilla but haven't tried the vanilla yet. BUY BUY BUY! I will definitely be restocking when I've almost done with my three!

I'm 41 years of age and I have been bodybuilding for over 3 years and i started out with 100% Whey Protein from the vitamin shoppe!! I got good lean muscles and all, but this product, Bodyfortress, took me to a whole other level in just 3 months in using this product!! In January, I felt a difference in strength in one month. In three months, I saw muscle mass results!! by the time June hit,people notice how big in muscle and more swole I have become and my strength in weightlifting picked up from lifting 175 to 225 and now I'm lifting 250 bench press!! power leg presses started out with just 250. Now I'm able to leg press 670lbs. in one year of using this product!! I have already recommended it to my best friend and now he feels the results and soon will have the look as well!!

I am new to a running/weight lifting program. I've never used protein shakes before so I was leary of starting but I bought this because of the reviews I've read sayin this was the best for flavor. I say amazing flavor! No chalky texture(maybe because I bought the blender bottle to go with it? :) ). Very comparable in flavor to McD's strawberry shake or nesquick! LOVE IT! I will definitely be buying in bulk next time! THANK YOU WALMART for carrying this at such a great price!

I've been consuming Body Fortress Chocolate Peanut Butter for over a year and decided to try another flavor with the Strawberry. I was very pleasantly surprised. Many of the strawberry flavors on the market are artificial or nasty tasting but this is creamy and tastes like a strawberry malted. I love it and can add it to my daily routine of rotating my favorite flavors. Walmart has the best selection and prices for Body Fortress Whey Protein.

What's not to like about this protein powder? It tastes great. It's the cheapest of its kind. The flavor is not overpowering. You can drink it just with milk, or you can add fruit, yogurt, juice, vegetables, sweetener, honey, or whatever. I like it just with unsweetened almond milk. But, when I get bored with that, I add other things. I use it only for weight loss. I substitute 1 or 2 meals a day. I have lost 15 pounds in a month.
