I regularly buy Kashi TLC cookies, good for healthy snack or breakfast. It took me a long time to find a healthy (and high in protein too) and filling snack bar/cookie that is not so sweet, I'm so glad that there's Kashi. Other brands are too sweet, too much sugar!
