Have been using Bi-Flex for 3 moths now, my husband for years. I don't see many changes or benefits, so I think that the benefit is psychological for me. My husband thinks otherwise.

I have been a long-time customer of Osteo Bi-Flex but recently, I've tried two different products. I will omit brand names here but one brand was mildly comparable and the other brand did not even come close. First, Glucosamine HCl, which Osteo Bi-Flex caplets contain, seems more effective in eliminating pain, as opposed to Glucosamine Sulfate. Second, Osteo Bi-Flex offers high potency in just two caplets per day. The manufacturer of Osteo Bi-Flex also offers pretty decent coupons to its customers from time to time. In addition, Wal-Mart offers the twin pack at a competitive price, and I received my order very quickly, issue-free. From now on, I plan to stick with what works, and Osteo Bi-Flex works!

Less Pain & Better Mobility

Hip Joint aches, and knee stiffness causes me much mobility distress especially when getting up from a sitting position; but, after taking these pills as directed (it's been 7 days since taking them) I have less pain & better mobility. When I get up my hip joints ache less and my knees are not so stiff...... I will be taking these pills for life in an effort to avoid invasive surgery on my hips or knees. I am truly grateful they work for me, especially, because some reviewers did not get any results at all...... my hope is that everyone who tries this product gets the best of results, and I hope the formula does not diminish in quality. It truly is amazzzzzzzzzzzing!!!!!! I love it!

I noticed a difference within 3 days. It's been almost 1 month and almost all my joint pain is gone and I'm even a little more flexible. I would recommend this to anyone having a problem with stiffness or pain.

My knees get better and worse. Tough to tell if it's this product or the weather or what exactly. It isn't hurting them, that's for sure. Noticed a difference (more pain) when I traveled without the pills, but it could be weather, too. I'd love to see some actual scientific studies about efficacy.

I was to the point where I could hardly climb the four steps to my front door without experiencing severe pain in my hips. When a friend told me she was having the same problem and started taking Osteo Bi-Flex, and within a month she could tell a big difference in joint movement and less pain in her hips, I decided to try it myself. " What did I have to lose?" After only eight days I started feeling better and continued to improve to the point that I can sit in the floor again, walk around the mall, and climb the steps pain free. I have tried other brands of Glucosamine with Chondroitin and for me, they do not work as well. I would have had hip replacement surgery had I not started taking this product. I have been using it daily for over four years now and doing just great! I would recommend this to anyone who is having the same problem with their hips.

Osteo Biflex really helps with the joint pain. It doesnt actually decrease the size of the swollen finger joints much, but they are less red, and more importantly dont hurt as much. You can buy it anywhere, but walmart.com had the best price I could find AND they delivered free to my door. That's a strong combination!

I have been taking this product since it arrived, but I have not felt any difference or anything. Price is a bit high, and so its advertising, and it has not proven it to me. As I wrote, not notice any change at all. Sorry, but I have followed its instructions, and NOTHING!

These types of products take about 6 months to get into your system before you notice a big change. You should notice a difference within the first two months. I have found that the generic brand of Glucosamine Chondroitin MSM works just as well.
