Worked wonders for me! I do them every 6months to keep them clean looking, yes a little expensive but saving money from going to the dentist!! They're a little hard to keep on, I try not talking or doing anything with them in. Use them twice a day.. sometimes I would forget. Just bought today the advanced ones.. they're only once a day so I hope they give me a good turnout like these did =]
