These shakes are rich and creamy with a great dark chocolate taste. I add crushed ice to my shakes and blend them in my Magic Bullet. Walmart has great prices compared to other stores.

If you like the taste of milk, go for it. I don't care for milk, so I feel like washing my mouth out after drinking one. They are satisfying however and that's what is important.

sweetness is way too overpowering

I had high hopes for this since the Atkins bars are the best low carb snacks I've tried. But the sweetness of these was so overpowering I could not handle them. I drank part of one and that's it for me. I also tried the myoplex and they are pretty bad too. The slimfast I've had before was way better but unfortunately it is not really low in carbs.
I found some chocolate stevia that is a far better low carb chocolate drink. Stevia and cocoa would be a lot better than these drinks.
