I purchased Zummo's in Arkansas, and wish I had bought more. Not available in Oklahoma, so I guess next time I am in Texas or Arkansas I will stock up. This is a great Boudain and at a great price. Family business says it all when it comes to Quality! This Oklahoma Redneck loves this Cajum product.

I hope Wal-Mart doesn't discontinue this item --- it's a pretty obscure thing to find here in the mountains of Colorado, and I don't know how many people are daring enough to try it out.
I'd never even heard of boudain, but I thought I'd give it a shot. It's great -- spicy, rich and satisfying. I slow-grilled mine, and served it up with some sauteed shrimp. So good...
Give boudain a try - it's fairly cheap and a great meal. I bought about six packages and threw them in the freezer to share with friends.

This is the best tastin boudin outside of Louisiana, and Walmart sells the 14 oz sixe for 2.27. In comparison Holmes Boudin is 2.98. This company, Zummo has been around for over 100 years.

Zummo's Boudain is the best tasting thing I have ever eaten. I make Boudain dip. I stuff grilled fish with it. I use it as stuffing for my Thanksgiving meal. I grill it all the time. Try Zummo's boudain. You will not be disappointed.

This is like the best ever since. I lived in Texas and we use to eat this all the time. I am so glad walmart sells this product, it makes me feel like I'm back home again.
