the corner of the bag was torn. I imagine the ones packing did not see it...I like buying these walnuts...the are usually crisp and tasty. you just have to keep in mind that walmart does not always pack and ship things that well..I washed drained and dried them before using

I order a couple of bags of these every month and they are always fresh and in whole pieces. Try putting them in the oven as the package suggests. They are twice a good.

I once read material that went as far as to link certain foods with certain organs even down to very appearance. One such food was the walnut's similarity to the brain. Now whether this is some divine coveyance can certainly be debated. What can't be debated is the omega-3 richness of walnuts and our brain's need for it. Here's a food you can't go wrong with.
