So I was using this knife normal ware and tear and it broke right in the middle at where the logo is the knife is made out of low grade metal it was "OK" for price but again it broke in two there's nice ten dollar knives or just save your money for a good gerber knife this knife doesn't even deserve one star, in the picture the black on the knife is from moving around ashes in a fire
One of the hazards of online knife purchases is something I call shrinkage: the knife looks great online and then arrives and is about half the size you expected. This knife is an exception and is just the right size for field use. In a perfect world, rulers would be imaged next to all knives. Satin finish blade material is full hilt and well balanced. This is a working knife. It would be difficult to find another hunter's knife of this size and quality for 10 dollars. It isn't a flashy knife, it's made to be used.
I bought this knife on sale, when it was being pushed out of my local store. It was a $5 dollar deal, that is the cheapest I have ever spent on a knife, ever!
I used it when i went camping with my friends. Now when it came to cooking the burgers on a local park grill we realized we did not have any utensils. The knife was big enough and sharp enough to use for the entire cooking of the burgers. I still use it on an everyday basis cutting rope, and small branches at work. It still holds a great edge although the cooking has discolored it a bit.
Although this knive is very inexpensive it has reason for that. A few bad things about it are it is made from stainless steel and it has a nylon sheth. This is bad because stainless stell is hard to sharpen, and when you do get it sharp it doesent hold an edge. Nylon sheths are bad because they are not durable. A few good things about this knive is it is very inexpensive and it has a pretty long blade essensial to a servival knive. Because of its price I would recomend this to you.
usually i would buy cheap inexpensive pocketknives but now i finally bought this very nice useful and inexpensive fixed blade and i have to say it is nice looking too i would recommend buying this product
